Easy to access, even late at night when there is no staff at the desk. Nice clean room with A/C and bathroom. Would highly recommend!

Not a place a would recommend, but some people might like it
This is not a hotel, it’s more like an AirBnb with maid service. Other than 2 maids, there is one person who is around sometimes during the day. He’s nice, but there is no service provided. Not even coffee. The rooms are ok. Bathrooms are pretty good. But no closet. You have to hang your clothes on an open rack in the middle of the room. The floor is cement.
This place is in an ok location, but it’s an old building that is kind of being renovated on a few floors. the renovations have nothing to do with Elevate. Elevate is on the 6th floor, which is all renovated. You have to go up about 8 steps in total to get into the building. One day, the elevator was not working and there was no way someone could take their luggage up or down the circular staircase that had to be used. The other floors are kind of dark and creepy.
We did not recognize this as any sort of inn or hotel when the taxi let us off. We thought it was an old semi abandoned building.
All the entrances to the building and rooms use palm print and digital tech, no keys. Which would be fine except when you have a problem cause the system does not recognize you as happened to us and there is no one to let you in. Fortunately, we got a hold of one of maids, who came down to the ground floor to let us in.
They give each person one towel, which they change each day if you want, One roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no tissues. We went to the mini mart nearby and bought some. We were only there 3 nights so the place was manageable, but I would not stay here longer than that.

Excellent location close to restaurants, train, and tour busses. 1 hour train ride from ATH airport.
Great communication from hotel. Access code to our room sent via email; no check-in process.
Building is older but rooms are updated and bedding comfortable. Terrific shower!

Wonderful helpful staff. Very Easy instructions sent for check in. Don’t know if there were amenities as we were just transiting through Athens and just needed a nice safe and clean space for the night. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean.

Great hotel
We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, first time in Athens and we could not be happier with our choice. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Metaxourgeío metro station, and also the hop on hop off bus stops. The hotel is on the 6th floor, and you enter the building by a code, and you use the same one to enter your room too. The hotel is very modern and clean. The reception desk is only open from 9:00 to 17:00, but you can reach the property manager via WhatsApp anytime, and they were very responsive and answered all our questions during out stay. You will receive the entry code and other instructions , including the map of Athens via WhatsApp too. The communication was impeccable.
We had the deluxe king room, and we were happy with it. There was king size bed and also a sofa bed, both were very comfortable. There is a small fridge, enough storage space, air condition, and a TV. We had a nice view of the Metaxourgeío square. The bathroom is spacious and practically designed (shower with shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer). The room was very clean and comfortable.
The hotel offers the option to order breakfast, lunch and dinner directly to your room. You can do so using your cell phone (QR code). It was very easy, we only ordered breakfast once, it came on time and it was great! You have a pretty wide range of breakfast options to choose from.
The area around the Metaxourgeío metro station can be a little sketchy, some streets were a little rough (homeless people), but we did not feel unsafe. We took the metro in the evening too and we still felt safe. The fact that the metro station is right next to the hotel is helpful. There are several little supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries around the hotel, so if you want to grab something to eat, you don’t need to walk for too long.
If I could suggest something, it would be nice to have a hair conditioner in the shower too, in addition to the shampoo. Also, when we tried to order breakfast on Saturday morning, the first available delivery slot was after 10:00. It would be practical to be able to order breakfast earlier in the morning, even on weekends.
Otherwise, the hotel is perfect, and we are planning to stay there again for sure!
