Not recommended. terrible customer service and misleading statements.
During my stay, water from the air-conditioning unit leaked onto my laptop and caused damage. When I raised the issue with the hotel, the situation escalated. The father of the hotel manager came to my room together with two other people. During this confrontation, I felt threatened and intimidated. Among other things, he made statements about his importance and about my ability to leave the hotel. I was extremely uncomfortable with the situation and decided that I could no longer continue my stay.
I informed the hotel that I would leave the following morning. My departure was known to and discussed with the hotel, and the hotel arranged a taxi for me.
The following morning, I spoke with the hotel manager and his mother about what had happened. We discussed the situation and apologized to each other. During that conversation, I was told by the hotel manager that the unused nights would be refunded. I therefore left the hotel on the understanding that the four remaining nights would be reimbursed.
The hotel subsequently also sent me a written apology for the inconvenience I had experienced and offered me the possibility of continuing my stay as well as a complimentary dinner. However, by that point I had already packed, arranged alternative accommodation and was preparing to leave following the events of the previous evening.
Despite the refund that I was told I would receive, I have still not received payment for the four unused nights. I have contacted the hotel repeatedly regarding the outstanding refund, but my recent emails have not been answered. I am therefore pursuing the matter through the appropriate channels.
I have retained the relevant correspondence and documentation concerning my stay, the damage to my laptop, my early departure and the refund dispute.
This was an extremely unpleasant experience, particularly as I was travelling alone. Based on my personal experience, I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it.

What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff. Everyone was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help, making us feel at home throughout our visit. Their hospitality was outstanding and exceeded all expectations.
Overall, this was one of the best places we have stayed in Greece. We would gladly return and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, comfortable, and authentic Cycladic experience. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!
