Beautiful studios near the airport... great location to get around the isola.Panagiotis, the owner, lovely person as all the staff! Clean place served by a bar and a piscina.Giardino very cura.La our room with sea view, gave us every night a spectacular sunset.

Definitely paradise
Really is a little bit of paradise. Anastasia and peta treat you like their family, so kind, we were greeted by them giving us fresh orange juice, had our room upgraded to have a larger apartment with a lovely view, Anastasia brought us apricots from their tree, a treat of speciality nuts from kefallonia and some little cakes, the place is spotlessly clean, good tavernas close by, highly recommend koutoupouris for a lovely meal, Tropicana near the beach for cocktails and snacks, the owners are so welcoming, we are already looking to book for next year ❤️

If this is heaven, better go to hell
9 nights, negative and positive things in order
- upon arrival, nauseating and unbearable smell of sewage in the bathroom which fortunately was remedied after 2 days
-total absence of privacy as the room is directly overlooking the swimming pool
-extremely small bathroom, in which it is impossible to move
-old furnishings
-cleaning not received
-change of towels once in 9 nights
-kitchen dirty and not hygienically usable
-breakfast at 10 euros per person
-small and uncomfortable bed, sheets never changed in 9 nights
-sea visible only in the distance
- in Svoronata it's not even possible to take a post-dinner walk
But let's move on to the positive things:
-large and available parking
-all in all it is 20 minutes from Argostoli so you can get around with a car
I would say what else I have to say, other than NO GOOD!!

I imagined heaven differently
Below I report the experience.
Property located very close to the airport and Ammes beach.
The structure is surrounded by greenery with parking available and with a distant view of the sea.
My room was located on the ground floor overlooking the deckchairs and the swimming pool, meaning I could even touch them. Total absence of privacy.
Room in medium-low Greek standard.
Small, uncomfortable bathroom without bidet.
Bed over twenty years old, uncomfortable mattress. Poor my back.
Nine nights with just one towel change.
Would I go back? No.
Not insignificant expense incurred if you consider 700 euros without breakfast in September.
I want to spend more but feel better.
Nothing fear.

We will be back
Well the name is very appropriate !
What a beautiful, peaceful, immaculately presented gem, set in a perfect place to explore this truly beautiful island!
We had organised a multi centre holiday which included 4 nights just outside argostoli, 7 nights on a yacht, and 3 nights chilling prior to returning to the UK.
On our arrival at Paradise Studios we were greeted by Anastasia who offered us some juice and then showed us to our self catering room. She kindly gave us a useful map showing where the supermarkets were located and also the local tavernas. The fridge had cold water bottles and a welcoming plate of sweet treats. It was so lovely and spotless too.
There were treble patio doors, the main door, a mosquito screen and Louvre black out doors, leading to a nice sized balcony which homed table, chairs and decent clothes airing unit. A small kitchenette with two electric rings a kettle and enough crockery for three people. A bathroom with shower and lovely fluffy towels.
Decent bed linen and extra blankets if needed. Plenty of storage space to, and a hairdryer.
The grounds are beautiful with rolling Bougainvillea, aromatic herbs, and beautiful fruit trees in a mesmerising setting overlooking the sea. Even the grass areas were nice, thick and bouncy!
A lovely fresh water pool with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. It was lovely not to have to get up and fight for a sunbed around the quaint, peaceful pool area which also had a family run bar with incredibly reasonable priced beers wines and spirits. There is also an upper terrace if you wish to do a bit of plane spotting!
I wasn’t sure if it was just our stay but there was a nice sea breeze to keep you cool.
Anastasia is such a great host, along with her extended family Magda and Barbara and daddy bear, ( the owner) Nothing was too much trouble for these wonderful hosts. We were treated to a warm welcome each day and they we’re always cheerful and kind. We were even given delicious cream cakes one morning!
It was hardly surprising to hear that so many people came back year after year.
The studios are situated about 8-10 minutes walk from a beautiful beach called Ammes which had golden sands and sunbeds if you wanted them priced at 12€ for the day. The walk is fine but probably not suitable for the infirm. There is a bus service into Argostoli passing through Lassi if you fancied a change of scenery. This cost 2€ each way. Plenty of lovely tavernas and bars too.
Not much more I can add except we arrived as strangers but I feel we have left as friends ❤️
