Immaculate service. Great stay!!!

5/5 is a bit. Excellent accommodation!
Very beautiful room with sea view and clean! Beautiful location next to the port of Karavos with all the shops at your feet. Our hosts were waiting and arranged in the room, made sure to inform us about the rooms, the area, where to eat, etc. It is worth visiting even for a weekend, a breath from Athens...

Unsuitable for Homo sapiens

Shame is gone too! Congratulations that in years 2024 operate with vacant tourist accommodation with such facilities!
Little boy getting up from his sleep & getting bites & ants bite , head wounds , no hair locally and you expected to be sorry for you ?
Tip 1. You're not just a Beginner when you offer park bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed with bed . You're dangerous and inappropriate.
Tip. 2 The rest is where it should be

Basic but excellent value

This is a sort of guest house / rooms. Low key sort of place, but clean, adequate and best value for doing business in this area. Its central to several restaurants, to the waterfront and main road. It has several floor but serviced by a nice lift.

Basic but very clean

Staying here because husband working in this area. Room is basic but kept really clean. Very small kitchen with two ring hob but no oven or anything to cook with. Everyone seems to go out for meals which is what we do. The village is very peaceful if you want to just relax. The village of Karavos is right by the sea and there is a good selection of restaurants. Would recommend these small apartments cause it is 2mins from sea and we can actually get a lovely view from our balcony. You would need a car cause you are on an island. Can recommend the ferry across from mainland costs 14 euro for car and 2 people. A bridge connects the mainland to the island.

Cleanliness is the Major factor here!

I spent 3 nights at the “Studios Karavos” some days ago. The studios are newly built and they are only a few steps from the beautiful coast which is full of traditional restaurants and many café and beach bars. Many of the buildings opposite the marina are classic and they are really beautiful with different colors and nice architecture. Karavos is just 2 Kms from Aliveri, and it is a hot spot during the summer months.
Our room was fully equipped with kitchenette however we seldom used it. The owners are very nice people and they did their best to make our stay comfortable.
I was impressed by the simplicity of the stylish furniture, and the beautiful colors of the interior décor.
Internet is free which was very important for me. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the beautiful coast. It was bright, very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was not big, but it was very clean. In fact cleanliness is the major factor here.
We usually spent some moments of relaxation and chat with the owners and other occupants at the Modus Vivendi café before going upstairs to our room each day. The café is for the occupants only. There is a free parking space for the occupants at the back of the hotel. Parking is very important as the street the hotel is situated is really busy during the summer months. Many people get down to Karavos mostly after 8:00 pm to enjoy an evening outing. The restaurants and café bars are usually packed, especially during the weekends so having a place to park your car is important.
I highly recommend it and I have already urged friends to book here.
