This was a place that was perfect for our trip that we planned to get away from the comforts of life and for two days live in the spirit. This was a plain accommodation but very friendly, clean, and had all the necessities. We give God the glory for simplicity of nature.

Good for short stay. Nothing to do

Value for money ok. The bedrooms are spacious, air conditioning available, warm.water ok and even a TV in every room. Breakfast is not worth it..only 1 sandwich with omelette and barely any coffee...there is work to be done for the management to do better. Considering it is 100 meters away from the road I liked the location because the main road is very noisy due to the heavy traffic.

Terrible service

So i booked this place for my friends. On their arrival, their experience was terrible. Non of them ended up sleeping in any of the rooms i booked for them. The rooms weren't neat and were with insect and bugs infestations. Also, the lights went off at a point and it took them forever to restore the light. The hotel Manager Richard said prepaid was finished. (i mean how can you allow prepaid to finish when you are running a hotel business and you have people who have booked rooms?)POOR SERVICE RENDERED. We asked for a refund too because we didnt sleep in there and had to go and book another hotel but Richard will not refund. YOU BOOK BB TRIBUTARY HOTEL AT YOUR OWN PERIL.
And Richard, a little advise, instead of finding ways to defend the poor service rendered, you shld rather be apologetic and find ways to retain your clients to avoid bad reviews like this one.

We arrived late in the evening and all the things said above happened that evening so we had to leave that same evening

This place is terrible, bad customer service especially from the manager, poor network service, prepaid got exhausted and manager said it’s from ECG but everywhere else had electricity, little bugs/insects at night, paid and reserved for a king/queen size bed got there and it was a single and half bed (I won’t even consider that size a double-bed), rooms not worth the price they’re charging. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone.
