BELLA
In the very center of the historical city, on the street of the great Armenian writer Tumanyan, overlooking the most beautiful historical streets. Maybe the hotel is 2+ stars but it's a 5+ stars hotel when it comes to location, room space, cleaning and price. And the story of this hotel is BELLA, the most wonderful person you can met in any hotel. She treats you like if you are a member of her family, unconditional love and care.

Unsafe Hotel – Do Not Stay Here
I normally wouldn’t write a review for a place I didn’t stay at, but what I experienced here was a clear security scandal, and people should know.
I made a reservation on March 28, 2026 for a balcony room for two, staying from May 5 to May 10. When booking, I asked about early check-in and was told it would be possible depending on availability for an extra 50 GEL, which I agreed to. On April 24, I contacted them again and was reassured that everything was fine with my reservation.
I arrived in Tbilisi early in the morning of May 5 and went to the hotel. The receptionist told me the room was ready, that I could check in immediately, and handed me the key.
When I opened the door, there were still two people sleeping inside.
Yes, you read that right. I was given the key to an occupied room and walked in on other guests.
This is not just a mistake — it is a serious security breach. The same thing could easily happen to me: someone else could be given a key to my room while I’m inside.
When I reported this, instead of a proper apology or solution, I was met with contradictory and careless responses. Suddenly I was told early check-in was not possible, even though both in messages and in person I had been told otherwise. Even when I showed the messages, they denied it.
On top of that, despite booking a balcony room, I was told “there are no balcony rooms in this hotel.” Ironically, the room I mistakenly entered clearly had a balcony. The staff seemed completely unaware of their own property.
A receptionist not knowing which rooms are occupied and handing out keys this carelessly is absolutely unacceptable. This creates a serious safety risk for every guest staying there.
I chose to leave immediately without checking in and moved to Glarros Hotel instead. I preferred to pay a bit more and at least feel safe.
I strongly do NOT recommend this place. What I experienced was not just bad — it was disturbing and frightening.

OK budget hotel with some issues.
This is a small hotel in Old Town Tbilisi, very close to the main touristic attractions in the city, yet on a quiet street. The staff is nice and friendly. However, the place has some infrastructure issues, including construction work in other part of the building; a bleak entry courtyard shared with resident neighbours; a steep flight of stairs to get to the hotel (and, once inside, more stairs if you stay in the upper floors); no elevator nor facilities for people with mobility issues; a pervasive smell of unclean pipes and, worst of all, no sound insulation, so you hear through the night each and every thing happening in the building. It could be a convenient facility to spend one night in as you find your bearings in Tbilisi, bur definitely not good for an extended stay.

Excellent, cozy, sincere
Great cozy place with a beautiful view of Old Tbilisi, clean room, convenient location and affordable prices. And if you find yourself on the shift of the beautiful lady administrator Bella, then you will be very lucky, this is an interesting and deep person who will be able to tell you a lot of interesting things about the city and culture. It is most pleasant to stay in such places.

If you're going to Tbilisi, especially Old Town, absolutely pick this hotel!
Amazing hotel to stay at, Bela is a wonderful host that will make sure you have a nice and pleasant stay. One of the very best hotel experiences I've had!
The rooms are nice, location is great and atmosphere is relaxing. Affordable pricing as well.
