Excellent Hotel

Everything was very good in Rustaveli Palace hotel. Rooms very clean and staff very nice and friendly. Ilyas, Ovsana, Theako and other staff were so kind and we talked a lot about Tbilisi and everything. Thank you so much guys.

Not recommended.

Very bad.
1.Upon arrival on the first night it turned out that "oh, and we have no rooms available today" . Slept in another hotel.
2. The next day when we turned on the air conditioning in the room knocked out the power to the entire building.
3. The bathroom has poor water pressure in the shower, but the tap in the sink splashed in all directions so that you had to change into dry clothes.
For two people exactly 2 bath (large) towels and for some reason only 1 small (for hands, face , feet - whoever likes))
4.Beds provide 1 small pillow per person .
I asked for two more pillows and towels by tonight and... They certainly didn't come. The reception wasn't answered on the phone, we had to come down from the 2nd floor, remind ourselves of the request and... "Well, follow me, take it" - this very unobtrusive service got me to the closet where "Oh, and we don't have any spares - all the rooms are taken" ... I had to raise an eyebrow and after a while, I don't know who took them from, but the towels with the pillows came.
5. There's no air conditioning in the breakfast room because "No point - people walk, doors open all the time "
And the compote was delicious!

A good hotel that recommended

I stayed in this hotel for a week in September. A small hotel, 2 floors but very clean and good rooms. Cleaning is done every day. The rooms have a safe deposit box and the bathroom is also big and good and has free Wi-Fi with good speed in the hotel. The staff are very kind and polite. In terms of quantity, the breakfast is not as good as the 4-star hotels we know, but it has a good variety and is delicious. You will find the main items needed for a hotel breakfast: sausage, several types of eggs, ham, pasta, fruit, salad, cheese, butter and jam, muffins, condensed yogurt, fruit juice, tea and coffee. There is also a small courtyard next to the restaurant for sitting. The location of the hotel is excellent, in a quiet and cozy alley, but within a 1-minute walk from Rustaveli Street, the metro station, McDonald's restaurant, exchange office, and supermarket are also located 50 meters from the hotel.

Every Single Thing Was Excellent!

We had a 3 night stay in Rustaveli palace in the summer 2022. The Staff were extremely friendly helpful hospitable and knowledgeable. They could speak English well. the room was very clean. he bathroom was much cleaner than your own home's. room facilities were excellent. and brand new. there was a safe inside the locker Breakfast was also nice especially the kitchen staff! they were very nice and generous. location was excellent. just 18 mins walk to freedom sq. subway was 200 meters away. Overall it was excellent and highly recommended.

Our company rented the room for a client coming in from a regional city. The booking process through her time there was great. She was very pleased and well taken care of. Service staff was very friendly and helpful. Our client said the room was spacious and very clean.
