Great Last Night in Georgia

I stayed at the Paradise Hotel for one night with my husband and two boys in August 2022. Our experience was very good. We had chosen the hotel because it is close to the airport and we had an early morning flight to catch. The hotel arranged airport transport for us which worked perfectly.
We had a family room which was very spacious and consisted of two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom. The furniture was basic, but everything was clean and comfortable. The room was equipped with a TV, A/C, free Wi-Fi, and a hair dryer.
We arrived in the early evening and were warmly welcomed by two ladies. They were very nice, friendly and helpful, made sure we had everything we needed, explained were we could find shops and an ATM, and recommended a restaurant to us which turned out to be very good.
Value for money is excellent! The hotel is located in a residential area with many shops and restaurants close-by. I’d say that it is too far from the city centre to be a good base for a city trip, but it is perfect for a first or last night in Tbilisi after/before a late/an early flight.

Bad Experience

I done a booking in this hotel through booking.com for 2 days with my family inculdes 6 year child and 7 months baby.The hotel provide me a check in time and i reach there at 11pm for check in on 1st august 2022,the lady sitting in the reception told me,there is no room available.I was shocked and in the time of midnight ,i was totally shocked and i came as a tourist,so dont know about the alternative hotel.Then after 2 hours of searching ,i found another hotel cost me double the charge.

NO, thanks.

I visited this hotel with my boyfriend in December 2018. We'd booked room for two nights via Booking.com and when we came to this place, we paid in advance for that two nights. As it turned out, our room was really cold although the heater was turned on. We had decided to give this place chance and left our room for few hours. We thought that after our return the temperature in our room will be fine. But it wasn't. We decided to leave this hotel. Since we occupated the room for few hours, we knew that we need to pay for one night, but we asked staff to return us money for the second night. They refused and offered us another room, which was as cold as the first one... We left this hotel with no refund, but we were ok with that - it happens, when you hastily book the room. The worst and unacceptable for us was the information from Booking.com. They informed us that Hotel Paradise's staff had sent them information that we didn't appear... They probably didn't want to pay the commission to Booking.com. Seriously? You got from us money for TWO NIGHTS, you didn't refund us nothing and lied to Booking.com that we didn't come? NO COMMENT. I do not recommend anyone this place, because if they are lying in this kind of situation, you never know what else they can do to get money :/ :/ :/

Perfect Place To Stay Close To The Airport.

My wife and I stayed for just one night prior to catching a flight from the airport. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport but we had our own hire car. We had a very comfortable stay in a well appointed room. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Best and Budget hotel to stay

We stayed 3 nights in the hotel.It was nice and worth for money.always breakfast is free.Nice and friendly staff.They arranged airport pickup for us also in the night.Breakfast is good for the money.there are one supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance which is 24 hours open, Its really easy to get all foods and drink.
