Lovely place to stay in Tbilisi. We are joining HF holidays hiking tour and booked an extra night to explore Tbilisi. The Georgian staff are the main attraction because of their kindness and friendliness. This is what most travellers hanker for when travelling in unfamiliar territories. The room is spacious and clean. Nice to have bathrobes and slippers. No gym and no swimming. Buffet breakfast nice, especially incorporating Georgian food, kachapuri. Terrace lovely but gets very warm by 8 in the morning in June!
Highly recommend this place as tourists attractions close by ( walking distance)

Staying in a hostel is better!

We stayed for 2 nights, we made a reservation for 3 people and paid for 3 people, but when we went to the room, the 3rd person... We realized there was no bed. 3. When we requested a bed, they charged us extra! The island walls are uninsulated and the sounds of conversation from the next room are very disturbing! The breakfast is terrible, and the tables aren't cleared for a long time after people leave, and the breakfast tables are very dirty! The staff in the breakfast room can't even wipe down the tables! Definitely don't go!

Convenient hotel at a fair price

We bailed out of a neighbouring hotel and ended up here instead for two nights. It was absolutely fine and we slept comfortably, especially when they finally agreed to activate the air-conditioning. It was almost comical how they sent a guy to our room twice to " fix " the air con only for them to eventually admit that it had not been switched on centrally by the hotel management.
Quiet at night. Room was a reasonable size. Bathroom facilities were fine. Straightforward breakfast offerings, all ok.
Excellent location for sightseeing in the Old Town.
On our first night we were told we could have a drink in the bar but the bar staff declined as there was an event taking place. I left a jacket behind on the second night and the staff were helpful in locating it.
