Location, hospitality, price/quality at altitude.

Wonderful guesthouse with hospitable hosts. Location - 15 minutes from the subway, I am the presidential palace and footbridge to Old Tbilisi. Nearby grocery stores, cafes. There's a small parking lot, the views from the window are cool, overlooking the mountains and the Cathedral. We lived on the 3rd floor, with a balcony. The room for GEL 60/night had everything you needed - kettle, refrigerator, shower, horse, slippers, shower facilities, TV, hangers, dishes. It's just a price gift. The owner makes sure the guests don't make noise or disturb each other, but returning from the time walk is unlimited. There's a café nearby, and we've been there - I recommend dolma and charcho. What can be improved is to add a shower curtain and a door seal.

Ужасно!

Планировали провести 3-4 ночи, но сбежали сразу после первой. Заехали в 2 часа ночи, утром - уехали! Ужасно! Номера очень маленькие, туалетная комната с душем, наверно, метр на метр. Замки не закрываются! На окнах какие-то решётки. Вид из окна на жд дорогу или на какой-то двор! В холодильнике вонища! Однозначно нет! За аналогичную цену мы нашли отель во много раз лучше!
