Complaint of service and insults!
Dear management of MD HOTEL!
I would like to express my utmost concern about the incident that occurred on the night of 11.05.2025 to 12.05.2025, at approximately 00:44.
Reservation number 76 was made. Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist, a young woman, a blonde woman, was confronted with extremely inappropriate behaviour and refused to provide a complete set of bed linens. Of the two pillows, only one pillowcase was provided. When asked to extradite the second, the staff member expressed her dissatisfaction and said she would “give tomorrow”. There was a woman and a child in the room, a situation that is absolutely unacceptable.
In an attempt to resolve the situation, a call was made to a manager named Irakli to explain the situation. Instead of help, however, the response was a blunt profanity: "go ...", "do-fuck" and other insults. Such behaviour is unacceptable for a hotel representative, especially a senior executive.
I request that an investigation be conducted into this incident, that action be taken against staff members who have violated the standards of professional conduct and respect for guests. The service left a very negative impression.
