Good hotel not too far from old town

Rooms were modern, clean and the decor of the hotel was stylish. The guys at reception were very helpful. Breakfast was ok, that's the only thing I would improve.

The hotel of thievery

Seems in beginning good people earthling spoil at once we forgot our belongings at hotel and stuffs just ignored when we asked them about it to check the room for our losts items and simply they gave us an cold replies with no caring of people and our belong and they said we never saw things ,really bad stuff and stealing people with cold blood, i were in so many hotels in different countries and this is one of baddest hotel to stay in, so please be careful of them

Comfortable hotel with great views

It was worth it to book the deluxe rooms - they are big and comfortable, with amazing views to Sameba Cathedral.
The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is very good - omeletes made on order and coffee from real coffee machine, not "hotel" type coffee.

Best View in Tbilisi - Comfy and Chic Hotel Rooms

We are so happy that we chose Ivy Hotel for our 5 nights stay in Tbilisi - The place is simply amazing and what’s even better are the staff members. Right from Emelia, Rafael, Irma and Mary. They are all super stars!! Our special appreciation goes to Emelia who took care of us right from pre-arrival until checkout and Chef Irma who cooked us delicious breakfast every single day !!
We loved our stay and we surely recommend them to all our friends and family!!

Terrible experience staying at this hotel!

If you want to inhale the stench emanating from the bathroom, hear not only what is happening in the neighboring rooms, but throughout the entire hotel, wake up and see ruins from the window of the room, if you want to constantly face a disdainful attitude from the staff and , that your things will be photographed during cleaning, and then these photos will be sent, then welcome to this hotel!
Among the advantages, I can highlight the rather stylish design of the rooms and the fact that the hotel is relatively new.
Cons - staff who behave as if you are guests who were not expected and did not want, simply terrible location and even worse view from the window, insufficient number of towels, absolute lack of any response to requests, paid water, lack of assistance with luggage , monotonous breakfasts (in my opinion, an absolute discrepancy between price and quality).
Faced with all this, we politely asked for a refund for the three remaining days because it was simply not possible to stay there. We were told that "there will be no problems with returns." After that, literally a couple of hours later, the receptionist said that he “spoke with the manager and the refund was refused.” Instead of asking what didn’t suit us and trying to somehow correct the situation, they simply began to behave rudely, threatening us with some photographs from our room. As a result, we moved out a few days early. Nobody offered any apology. I can say that I have never encountered such behavior from staff. The hotel does not care at all about its reputation and its guests! I absolutely do not recommend it!
