1 star hotel

Very bad place, no cleaning. The rooms are very small and not clean at all. There is no room service. Breakfast not good. The hotel states to be a 4 star but it is not even 1 star. And if u request anything the answer is no

Not recommended

If i could give less than one star i will do as this hotel was the worst for me & my friends.. First of all we all paid for early check in but unfortunately when we arrived early morning the Receptionist Penialopa was very rude not smiling and talked to our driver and mentioned the word '' Arab" So she is racist, second thing she refused to give us our rooms for early check in and mentioned that no room available but at the end many rooms were available, third thik she cannot talk English even basic English how can you put someone in front desk who doesn't know how to communicate with guest and assist them - To be honest she ruined our mood and gave a bad impression as were just arrived from Dubai to Tbilisi.. We stayed Almost 2 hours of waiting in lobby tired and chocked by her behaviors she finally decide to give us rooms which are not complying with our booking no view and the smell was disgusting. When i claimed and asked to change the room she said i can't help wait for manager at 10 am she even did not suggest any assistance - you can imagine a guest arrived from airport around 5 am morning and he has ti wait until 10 am to solve his issue.
We wait until a sweet lady named Crisitna who did her best to help us and was very sorry for what happened before.. Then we noticed that many alternative rooms were available by Pinelopia refused to give us and said nothing available :)..
The rooms are nothing to do with Booking pictures nor the view.. Facilities are poor.. Breakfast was not bad but poor.. But the lady Darya & her colleague Leo were amazing, smiling and helpful.. in conclusion, i don't recommend this hotel to anyone..
الفندق سيئ جدا معامله سيئه و عنصريه لا انصح به احدا هده نصيحهة لكي لا تنصدمو بالواقع لان الغرف و الخدمه متدنية و فيهم عنصريه للعرب.

Top class service

We have visited Tbilisi for 3 days and stayed in this wonderful hotel. The hotel is new and dont have much guest. Breakfast is good as there is a lot of options. The staff can speak very well english and will assist you with everything you need!

Unexpected excellence!

Could not expect better place in Tbilisi. Comfort, service, amenities... Value for money is a very short comment. New building, great furniture and staff that did their best to upgrade their hotel! Great breakfast, comfortable furniture.
