Location + Comfort
I really liked this hotel during my 2 days stay in Tbilisi. Firstly personnel, especially reception are very helpful and friendly. Was surprised how many languages speaks receptionist. Room is clean and spacy with good view to a old historical buildings from one side and to the government building with park on another side. Breakfast was good enough.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel, near the city centre. Near the Liberty Square subway. The hotel is undergoing renovations, actively changing carpets in the rooms. I liked the room, yes, it was dirty in my room, but I didn't pay much attention to it. Large bed, balcony, shower (the bathroom has warm floors). Standard number, I don't know how else to describe it. Breakfasts are good, variety is not great, but everything is delicious and satisfying. Coffee machine's in short supply, that's a fact. Near the hotel National Chancellery and always lots of police, if anyone is afraid) go out for a walk eat somewhere, everyone speaks Russian, there were no problems, there was no negative. Check-in to the hotel at 15:00, until then you will have to walk or wait at the reception. There are cafes, restaurants, shops nearby. Mother Georgia was visible from the room.

Needs renovation and very poor breakfast
Location is perfect. 5 minutes walk to the Freedom square and from the hotel you can reach everything you need to see in the city by walk. And this is the only positiv I can say about the hotel.
It is very shabby inside and needs a renovation. The carpets were awful with stains everywhere. The breakfast was very poor. Very disappointed. Next time I visit I will find the other place to stay. It is not 4 starts hotel.

It's a good thing we didn't stay in this hotel long.
The hotel is very conveniently located in the city centre, close to the metro. Good breakfasts. That's probably all that was good. At 14 or 20, they refused to check us in because the hotel check-in time is 15:00. However, the hotel was later found to be half-empty. In the reception, young guys in training trousers and T-shirts sit, Russian and English speak equally poorly, point fingers at the computer keyboard for a long time and are not well versed. The room is relatively clean, but "killed," something falls off everywhere. There was only one set of towels for two, I had to ask. There is a kettle and water in the room, but not just tea or coffee, but not even cups or glasses, probably boiling water should be drunk straight from the kettle. The shower has black mold on the walls. In the evening, it turned out that the room had one double blanket and a one-and-a-half-bed duvet. There was no energy or desire to go sort things out, once they stuffed a blanket in the blanket, spent the night. The windows of the room were facing the street, it was very noisy, it was impossible to sleep with the window open. The only thing that pleased me in the morning was a good breakfast. Well, we left this hotel just after breakfast.

Unsafe and Distressing Experience at Hotel Gallery Palace, 5 Pavle Ingorokva Street, 0105 Tbilisi City, Georgia, Tbilisi City Center, Tbilisi, Georgia, 0105
Dear Hotel Manager’s / Customer Support Team,
I am writing to formally report a horrifying and unsafe experience during my recent stay at your hotel. It was one of the worst and most distressing hotel experiences I have ever had. I am sharing this so that immediate action can be taken to prevent such incidents for other guests.
Below are the key issues I faced:
1. Severe Safety Concerns: The balconies are dangerously close to each other, allowing anyone to easily jump from one room to another. This poses a serious security threat to all guests.
2. Physical Threat from Staff: The reception and housekeeping staff behaved aggressively and created a sense of physical danger. At one point, the reception staff member forcefully entered our room without consent while we were still inside.
3. Unresponsive and Rude Staff: The reception was completely unhelpful and unprofessional. Despite multiple calls and assurances, no action was taken to address our requests.
4. Booking Not Honored: We had booked a double occupancy twin-bed room but were provided a double-bed room instead.
5. Poor Amenities and Service:
o The room had a kettle but no cups or glasses.
o Repeated requests for an extra quilt were ignored.
6. Disturbing Late-Night Incident: At around 11:00 p.m., we were compelled to check out due to fear and discomfort caused by the staff’s behaviour and lack of safety.
This experience was both traumatic and unacceptable. The hotel environment felt unsafe and the conduct of the staff was completely unprofessional and threatening.
