Very helpful and friendly owner and employees. Breakfast was ok with different cooked eggs and so on changing every day.
Close to Avlabari metro station. Some restaurants and small stores nearby.
Try the shashlik which is made behind metro station on street😋

Tasty breakfast with a vast variety, clean rooms and polite staff. I had the best experience in Georgia and helpful hotel staff is a part of this experience. Thank you Vakhtang, you made our experience one of the most special ones.

Soul of Tbilisi

A wonderful, cozy little hotel in the heart of the old town! Spent four nights in this hotel and I'm so glad I didn't make a mistake about my choice! The most important asset of this hotel is Vakhtang and Zurab!!! Bow and heartfelt gratitude for the warm welcome, as if visiting her relatives, helped in everything, explained everything and showed - so I gave up spending money on the tour and got to know the beautiful city of Tbilisi myself. I had a room on the 3rd floor, the suitcase was helped to deliver, for which a special thank you! The room is equipped with everything you need, white linen and towels, towels are changed every day, excellent cleaning, there is a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar. The plumbing is in perfect condition, the air conditioning and the fridge worked properly, the TV never turned on, I don't watch television. On the roof of the hotel - outdoor terrace, it is a separate delight! And morning and evening I went out and admired the views! How nice to sit there in the evening with a glass of wine, admiring the evening city - beautiful Tbilisi forever in my heart! The location of the hotel is very convenient, near the Avlabari metro station, restaurant Hinkali House, there are shops, bakeries, sell fruit and vegetables, many exchangers near the metro. I advise a good cafe Palermo - is located opposite the monument of Mimino (which is in the square near the Avlabari metro station) only need to cross the avenue. The hotel definitely recommends it! If I'm still in Tbilisi, I'll try to hit it, which is not so easy!

A Warm Welcome in Tbilisi

I stayed at the Eleon Hotel, and from the minute I arrived, I was greeted with nothing but kindness. The friendly man at reception gave me a little tour of the area when I arrived, which I really appreciated. His kindness didn’t stop there; he also helped me navigate Tbilisi by giving me directions on how to get around the city.
The hotel is in a safe and pleasant location, close to local bakeries and restaurants that serve great food at reasonable prices. It is a ten-minute walk from the centre of Tbilisi. The hotel itself is clean and charming, and it has a roof terrace that offers a beautiful view of the city.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Georgia.
