In hindsight, I would make other choices.
The rooms adjacent to the Reception are not recommended: strangely there is more silence during the morning or afternoon, than at night.... due to the lack of tact of those who should work in the Reception instead of talking loudly on the phone, at 3 am. Leaving the room he was filmed by me, despite not speaking Georgian.
Towels in the bathroom, noticeably worn out (see photos). One was even dirty (or badly washed) and had it replaced.
Breakfast chapter: I tried better ones. Little to say about the salty part, miserable the sweet part.... with Muffins, Waffles and toppings.... then enough.
In short.... reading the previous reviews I expected something better.

Good value in an interesting area of town
There are restaurants within a short walk. Buffet breakfast, with hot and cold options, is served in a restaurant with a view only of the sky and a large retaining wall. Strange utility-showing reception area. I guess it is meant to be an industrial look.
Friendly staff, but at times, it took some minutes for the reception staff to appear after calling them. Limited street parking on a cobbled narrow approach road.
Clean bedroom and ensuite shower room but stained carpet. Soft towels. Quality toiletries. Comfortable bed.
Good value in an interesting area of town.
