If you can, get the room with the full view (corner one), so you get an amazing view that you will rave about for the rest your life!
For coffee people like me, the breakfast coffee I had is one of the best in Georgia

Restaurant - huge disappointment

We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we had dinner at the restaurant and were very disappointed.
We were a large group of family and friends and ordered a wide variety of dishes. Unfortunately, the food was far below our expectations.
First, the pizza was undercooked—the dough was still raw in the middle.
Second, the shashlyk (grilled meat) was of very poor quality. It was so tough that we couldn’t even cut it with a knife, let alone eat it.
Third, we ordered the beef stew, but it was more like a thin broth than a stew. It was extremely watery and lacked both flavor and substance.
Overall, the meal was very disappointing, and none of us enjoyed our dinner.

Me and my mother stayed there for 1 night and the views was amazing. I believe it’s one of the best views in all of Stepantsminda. The staff was super helpful and nice. The hotel and rooms might have some areas for improvement, but it was super charming. I would definetly recommend friends and family to stay there.

Unforgetable Stay

Our stay at Intourist Kazbegi was truly wonderful. The hotel is beautifully located, surrounded by breathtaking mountain views that make the entire experience unforgettable. Waking up to such scenery was an absolute highlight.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with any request, which made us feel genuinely cared for.
The atmosphere of the hotel is peaceful and cozy—perfect for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Intourist Kazbegi to anyone visiting the area. We would definitely love to come back again!

Amazing

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The service was truly excellent — the staff was very friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Everything was well organized, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again!
