Отличный отель

Остановились в этом отеле на обратном пути из Грузии и были очень довольны с учётом еще и того, что мы перепутали даты заезда в отель (сказалось прекрасное путешествие по Грузии), но нам повезло и он был свободен. В итоге нашей компании из 7 человек в полное распоряжение достался весь дом, где мы находились одни как у себя дома. Всего в отеле 4 номера, мы заняли 3, также имеется небольшая кухня с холодильником, микроволновкой, чайником, куллиром и столом, холл, который мне особенно понравился, в нем ощущаешь себя как дома и где мы вечером смотрели Мимино. В доме имеется большой балкон-терраса во весь второй этаж с видом на Казбег. Кроме того, в этом отеле мне особенно понравилось, что работали батареи, поэтому было приятно ходить по полу босиком и спать в тепле. Сам дом расположен на примерно на пятой улице вверх от центра Степанцминды, но для нас это был скорее плюс: была возможность прогуляться по посёлку, а также со всех окон дома открывался потрясающий вид.
Также хочется поблагодарить хозяев дома за то, что предоставили нам возможность в день отъезда задержаться в доме и дали возможность привести себя в порядок после прогулки по горам.

I definitely do not recommend it.

The worst accommodation we had in Georgia during our entire stay. It started with the address given on booking.com being fake - in fact the building is on a completely different street, further away from the center. The room was very cold - it turned out that there is no heating, although the owner wrote on booking.com that the place has heating.
When we wanted to change hotel and get a refund, the heating suddenly started working. On the second day we had no water in the entire bathroom and we couldn't even take a shower. Again, when we wanted to change the hotel - the water "magically" started to work.
Although we had a reservation for 3 nights, we didn't stay for the last one anymore and changed our place. What a relief. In addition, the owner can't speak English and has practically no contact with her on Whatsapp - the owner does not live in the same building. I definitely do not recommend it.
