As expected

Standard hotel for the brand. Room was adequate and I remembered to bring my own kettle etc. as there are no facilities in the rooms.
Check-in was efficient, with staff taking the time to offer me a map and show me the best places to walk my dog. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the Parc Napoleon along the river, and about the same from the Central pedestrian shopping district.
Parking is under the hotel. You have to check in first, because you need a room card to access the parking garage.

Very well-located hotel, perfect stay

The hotel is very central. The staff is welcoming and professional. Well-laid-out room, good size, as well as the shower room. Impeccable cleanliness, including in the common areas. A plus: the instruction sheet for adjusting the air conditioning. Breakfast in a pleasant room, varied and of good quality. The hotel restaurant is also top-notch: warm welcome, pleasant staff, very good meals (you have to try the truffade, even if it's hot outside...). We had an excellent 3-night stay. Thank you to everyone.

Staff up to the task

A big thank you to the staff who guided me well in the morning for breakfast and who were so kind to my Lola.
The hotel is very well located and all the services offered are honored.

No risk of recurrence

We were actually in the flats of residence Cailloux but it was not good. First night a fire alarm where the evacuation was chaotic and the staff apparently knew of no scenario, elevators were not switched off and emergency exits were not open. Despite an incident in the kitchen everyone but back to the rooms without further ado. Rooms are not too bad, but the tickets block and no maintenance provided or fresh towels in 3 days. To make matters worse, a dog ran loose in the hallway, on the carpets and the owner thought that was normal. When I complained to the reception they didn't take me seriously... that's very sad and gives a 2/10 and no chance of the repeat danger

Good for one night

Stayed 8 days in this hotel for a cure.
Warm welcome, half board table menu without research and especially no choice. The lady on duty allowed me to choose an à la carte dish so I could eat. Thanks to her
On the accommodation side, sober room, clean and without chi chi.
I regret not having a suitcase rest, no safe for a stay. Modern bathroom with a very nice shower but no tablet to put your toilet bag. It is more than clean!!!
