Great camping in Paris surroundings
This camping offers Versailles tranquility but is also super close to Paris city center by being 7 minutes walking from the train station and then 30minutes travel to the Eiffel Tower.
The reception was really good and effective.
Lots of games are available to play outside and inside and enjoy your time in the camping.
Only negative point is the finishing in the houses and some humidity inside.

Not great but not bad.
The Location was great for a visit to Versailles palace and the site had good facilities, swimming pool , club room/ bar. Very good pizza available of Fridays and Saturdays.
The only real downside was the dirt, no grass just dirt pitches and when it rained the mud in our camper was awful. Quite expensive to stay there.

Poor hygiene and meagre compensation
We chose Huttopia Paris for a city trip with relaxation. Upon arrival (Wednesday evening) we found a cottage with a penetrating sewage smell. Reception was closed, so the next morning immediately reported. The cottage turned out to be dirty and unhygienic: leaky toilet, filth behind the toilet, sticky floors and furniture, mold, and even fake nails on the balcony. The only offer was an extra final cleaning – totally insufficient considering the condition. We left and spent the night elsewhere. Of the €700 we only got €90 back. For us never Huttopia again; this cottage should never have been rented in this condition.

Upon receiving your complaint, we proposed an additional cleaning of the accommodation and offered the end-of-stay cleaning free of charge. Great site & great for visiting Paris.
We have spent a really nice four night stay here. I was a bit apprehensive before arriving due to some negative reviews but we have no complaints at all.
Staff were all very helpful.
Nice communal facilities which were all kept very clean.
Nice lively cafe / bar area which provided bread & pastries each morning (if ordered the day before).
Yes some pitches did look a bit smaller than on other sites but we were advised at booking to go for a 'Confort Plus' pitch which was plenty large enough for our gear & had a picnic table.
It is an excellent base from which to visit Paris. The closest train station was closed this summer due to engineering works on the line. The station we used was about a 20 minute walk from the site. Bus stop to visit Palace of Versailles is less than 10 minute walk away.
As the site is in a quiet residential area there are useful shops a few minutes walk away too.
Overall a great site.

Fantastic campsite
Fantastic campsite in Versailles. Close to train into Paris. Live music and pizzas on the Saturday night. Easy walk to the Palace. Clean facilities. Great to have access to a swimming pool so close to Paris. Lovely friendly chilled atmosphere among the trees.
