Superb stay!
The lady at the reception was very pleasant and friendly.
When we arrived, we had a small technical problem in our studio but the receptionist did everything to find a solution.
Our studio was very good. Clean, very well appointed with balcony. The photos on the site correspond perfectly to reality. There were 2 double beds. One on the mezzanine and the other was a sofa bed downstairs.
Very well equipped kitchenette.
Spacious bathroom with walk-in shower.
Hearty breakfast delivered directly to your room.
We were able to enjoy the thermal baths (at an additional cost) but with direct access from the Thermae villa.
We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Little things to review
Very large room with light and very cozy ceilings. There is everything you need for your stay (sponge, dishwashing liquid, trash bag, towels, etc.) well done cleaning. Good bedding, and very large bathroom. Nice and modern decor. For the small minuses: too bad the TV doesn't have arms. When we arrived, there was no one at reception and the code did not work at the front door. It was opened by guests who were staying. It is hot in the rooms because the insulation must be aging, this is clear because we could hear the rooms next door as well as the showers and toilets flushing. But overall it is rather positive.
Pleasant stay, price a little expensive knowing that the SPA is not included.

Perfect Serviced Apartments
If you can get out of the mindset that this is not a hotel, and there is no 24/7 service, then this is the place for you. Beautiful apartments, comfortable beds, lovely showers and bathrooms, well equipped kitchens (except tonight when there was no bottle opener!).
The Spa and fabulous treatments are on the doorstep and it is within easy walking distance of the town centre and lakeside. Excellent! The problems with the entry system seem to be sorted, and the only negative is that you have to book your treatments well in advance - if you wait until you get here, there won't be any vacancies!
If you like the freedom of self catering, then this is the place.
