Very nice property in Tence

Very nice place.
Comfort room spacious and well appointed and especially very quiet on the garden side.
Bathrobes, towels and flip-flops provided in a basket to access the relaxation area.
Access to the Spa, sauna and indoor pool, also to the gym area (for hotel guests only)
Small super nice private balcony with views of the interior garden.
Large walk-in shower room.

Big disappointment

Service too long, more than an hour between the starter and the main course, as a result the delay was reflected in the dessert cart which was less provided than for other customers.

Regarding the restaurant

Regarding the restaurant, very good setting, good food,
Disappointed with Service by some. We felt shipped out. The waitress was dry, cold and had to be quick.

An almost perfect hotel

The hotel is in the city center in a one way street where I found it easy to park in front of the hotel. I arrived too early because the hotel only opens at 6.30pm contrary to what its website says "arrival from 14.00" but I called and a voice answered me indicating the password and the number of my room. I found my key presented on a table from the entrance among other keys and I reached my room on the 2nd floor by elevator. Room No. 22 is spacious and tastefully decorated with light wood panelling. It is well equipped for 2 people with a large bed in 160 or 180 (I did not measure) and two comfortable seats. Power outlets are available on either side of the headboard and near the office. There is a garbage can in the bedroom and in the shower room. The lighting is modular with the choice between bright and dim lights. The toilet is separate from the shower room. Gel tubes are attached to the wall of the sink and shower. Wifi is horribly complicated to connect but once connected, the connection is perfect.
At dinner, I was satisfied with the €22.50 Tradition menu which is quite satisfying and which includes a gratinated onion soup that I had not had the opportunity to enjoy in a long time.
The breakfast buffet is impeccable with fresh bread and cheeses that are not industrial. The hot drink machine is equipped with a possibility to stop the flow of liquid, which allows to take only the desired amount, including milk. My only regret is Earl Grey's absence from the tea bags.

Perfect.

Excellent stay. We ate very well, the service was fast, efficient and attentive. Quality food and well prepared. The rooms are clean and nice. The staff is available. A place to discover that we recommend with our eyes closed
