A Very Pleasant Stay

My daughter and I booked a night here so we could enjoy the market in St.Tropez. This was a perfect location for walking to the church, the harbor, the citadel, the shopping and the most importantly the market. I was nervous because I read some of the bad reviews but we had a great stay. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable, the air conditioning was strong enough (something that you don't always get while traveling), the pool was small but beautiful, the outdoor eating area was very quaint and the staff was very helpful and attentive from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. I am a hotel snob (my husband calls it high maintenance) and travel a lot and this hotel exceeded my expectations. They could have some pool service but when I went to the desk they got us some drinks very quickly. It was fairly priced for St. Tropez and I would go back again or recommend it to my family and friends. A very pleasant stay indeed. Thank you.

Excellent Breakfast and Location; Spartan Room

The location is excellent -- near to everything and on a quiet street. The breakfast was also excellent, with lots of fresh fruit and even a Tarte Tropezienne.
However, we were given a room that was two classes below the one we reserved. They agreed there was a mistake, but said it was their last room. They did comp us the 30-euro parking fee, but we would rather have had the room we reserved and paid for. The room we got had nice light, but was cramped, with no dresser to unpack into for our three-day stay. The tiny safe could not fit a laptop, so we had to lock it in the car.

No respect for customers or confirmed and paidz booking

Very disappointed with the way this hotel treats its customers. My stay in Saint-Tropez had been booked since December for the wedding of friends that takes place next week. Much to my surprise, my reservation was cancelled unilaterally just five days before arrival, without any clear explanation or solution.
In such a short period of time it is almost impossible to find an affordable alternative in Saint-Tropez, especially during this period. The impact of this on our planning and costs is enormous.
What bothers me most is the complete lack of communication, professionalism and respect towards customers who book months in advance and rely on a confirmed booking.
I advise future guests to be careful as even confirmed reservations can apparently be cancelled at the last minute without explanation.

Professionalism + kindness.

Visit this establishment for four nights, a very courteous welcome in the codes of the neat hostelry.
A breakfast presented on a large linear buffet, very diverse and quality products with a choice for all vegetarian, gourmet cold cuts as well as eggs at your convenience, all served by a pleasant young man.
Bright and spacious room with separate toilet excellent very clean comfort.
The director listens to his customers following a request , he knew immediately bring the solution .
A beautiful establishment well in all respects to a real course of action.
Thank you to the management and the entire team for a pleasant stay.

Highly recommended boutique hotel

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay from check in to check out.
Very friendly staff, comfortable clean room with very comfortable bed.
Very thoughtful little touches which were appreciated including a St Tropez bag with beach towels at check out.
We will definitely return and highly recommend the hotel.
