Hotel on a human scale highly recommended

Charming hotel, very well located with a pleasant pool. Bravo to the owner couples on all fronts. Want to come back next time! Complete breakfast with quality products.

Relaxation

Very good hotel in every respect. Quiet. Warm and family-friendly welcome. Impeccable service. Very good breakfast. The view is superb. The owners are very respectful.

Not perfect but allows for rest

Obviously, the hotel is ideally located. The small pool adds charm, it is very well decorated. The welcome is merely transactional. The rooms are charming, excellent bedding, very quiet. The sea view is partial. The breakfast buffet is excellent but it is indeed the most expensive breakfast I have paid for in my life.
The room cleaning needs to be reviewed.

Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié l’emplacement de notre hôtel, le calme, le confort de la literie, la décoration, ainsi que notre piscine.
Nous regrettons que notre accueil vous ait semblé uniquement « commerçant ». Notre équipe met pourtant tout en œuvre pour offrir un service attentif et personnalisé à chacun de nos clients.
Concernant le ménage, nous sommes particulièrement exigeants sur ce point. Si une anomalie s’est présentée durant votre séjour, nous aurions apprécié que vous nous en informiez afin de pouvoir intervenir immédiatement.
Enfin, concernant notre petit-déjeuner, son tarif reflète la qualité des produits proposés. Nous privilégions des produits frais et de nombreuses préparations faites maison, afin d’offrir un buffet généreux et gourmand. Nous comprenons que chacun ait sa propre perception du rapport qualité-prix, mais nous faisons le choix de privilégier la qualité et le fait maison plutôt que la quantité de produits industriels.
Nous vous remercions malgré tout pour votre retour et vous souhaitons une excellente continuation.

Magnificent

What can I say except that this hotel is magnificent! Calm, just a 5-minute walk from the port, restaurants, and shops, with free parking right across the street along the sea. A decor worthy of catalogs, very soothing. We had the village view room with a balcony, and it also has a sea view from the balcony. The breakfast is delicious with homemade products.
All of this thanks to the owners, a lovely couple, available and very good advice. We will return during our next weekend on Île d'Oléron.

We enjoyed a lovely, safe, short holiday at this family run and well managed hotel. spotlessly clean and Covid safe. The hotel is very comfortable in a great location with the option of the pool, the beach, the local Port or fabulous walks and cycle rides at hand. Our hosts were very attentive and helpful at all times. We enjoyed a thoroughly relaxing holiday - we will return.
