La Folie Marco and Ringelstein Castle are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Domaine Bliemerose and Domaine Kumpf et Meyer. Charming and comfortable, great for Alsatian getaway
The entire hotel, including the guest rooms, are decorated in a very typical Alsatian style, which adds to the charm of the hotel. Based on what we had paid for our stay, we were impressed with the size of the room and the balcony it gave access to. The bed was very comfortable and the TV in the room was quite high end. The bathroom was a bit small but absolutely satisfactory for a short stay, and it also had a very futuristic-looking shower, a lot of the more specialistic features of which we were unable to figure out.
After all of our travelling we were also very happy to discover that booking a table in the restaurant was still possible in the early evening. The restaurant is decorated with a Michelin Star, and offers a menu with a lot of typical Alsatian meals, ranging from affordable to expensive.
In conclusion: we had a lovely stay and I'd definitely like to return on a next trip through the Alsace.

Nous vous remercions pour votre retour concernant notre eau plate. Il semble y avoir une confusion, tant sur l’orthographe ("blate" au lieu de "plate") que sur la nature du produit en question.
Pour votre information, il s’agit d’une eau de dégustation haut de gamme, choisie pour sa neutralité et sa qualité exceptionnelle. Elle est servie sans bouchon pour en préserver la fraîcheur, et son tarif reflète cette exigence. Notre équipe en salle, parfaitement formée, aurait pu vous expliquer ces détails si vous les aviez interrogés.
Nous regrettons que vous n’ayez pas saisi cette opportunité avant de formuler votre commentaire. Nous espérons cependant que vous avez apprécié la qualité de votre repas et de notre service dans son ensemble.

We booked this hotel and we are happy for lunch with Alsatian products!! on our arrival the winstub no longer exists , Welcoming tells us that we can eat at the gourmet restaurant ..... the word gastronomy we are wary of it
and we're right: on the plate me a small piece of meat with a decimal point of vegetable puree with a carrot, My companion a tiny fish fillet and the same as an accompaniment! we decide to ask for an extra spaetzle, waited for us and at the end of the meal the waiter brings it to us ,of course we sent it back! we came out of the table hungry, the rating was higher than what we had on the plate (eaters past your way )
the old room! no small water, no handkerchief, and not good bedding
breakfast: the coffee machine broke down , no Special breads! than white bread (We do not eat white bread) no alternative......
Too bad this hotel is nothing Alsatian and especially on the plate
Unfortunately we will not return to this hotel again

A very good stay
Very large very comfortable bed with good pillows (not the roundabout kind), large bathroom and all very quiet.
The restaurant is also nice, several quality menus, nice selection of wines and pleasant staff.
This stay will be renewed.
