Dirty and dilapidated rooms
The rooms are dirty and dilapidated. We reported from our arrival that the carpet was littered with disgusting stains. Nothing was done during these 2 days despite our reminders and not even compensation! We were told that there was no manager on site during these 2 days and that it was an outside company that was cleaning. The worst thing is that we had opted for a Privilege room (and not standard) hoping to have nice services... But for 146€ a night, we were also allowed: shower bar not fixed, dust and hair / hair in every nook and cranny, clogged bathtub, dirty toilet, moldy stained paintings, holes in the walls and worst of all: sheets holed! We let you appreciate on the attached photos the level of this 4 stars (???) before STRONGLY recommending against staying there.

bad experience in a 4-star hotel in Rambouillet
first the noise level at the bar at the end of the day was unacceptable, the staff at the end of the shift I guess made a lot of noise at the bar and around the pool!!
then a real lack of transparency regarding prices the price displayed on the street did not correspond to the price indicated by telephone what is misleading and unprofessional
following the order of a tomato juice the staff clearly lacked professionalism he did not know what celery salt was to accompany a tomato juice!!?
besides the service leaves something to be desired for a 4-star hotel no bottle of water was returned to the room on the second day which is however a minimum expected given the price of the Junior suite and the type of establishment
overall the experience was very disappointing
