Terrible
The reception is anything but professional. There were three girls present: only one proved to be kind and helpful, while the other two had a mocking and disrespectful attitude toward us.
Once we arrived on the first floor, we found a truly unpleasant smell. Once we arrived in the pool area, we were told that, since we were not hotel guests, it was mandatory to consume something at the bar. We sat down and were immediately pointed out that it was not allowed to eat in a swimsuit, even though the bar is literally poolside and other people were calmly consuming in swimsuits.
Initially, we only ordered drinks, but shortly after we were told that it was mandatory to order food as well. We therefore took one dessert each: probably among the worst we have ever eaten. The “strawberry sorbet” had strawberries that tasted rotten and a sorbet that tasted like mint, while the tiramisu was questionable to say the least. All this at a whopping €10 per portion.
As if that were not enough, after ordering we were told that the dessert was not enough to be able to access the pool anyway, even though it was on the menu they had shown us. Confusing rules, communicated in pieces and only after having paid.
Extremely rude staff, nonexistent organization, and embarrassing service. An experience that I would not repeat and that I do not recommend to anyone.
One last consideration: the welcome makes the difference. As Italians, we are used to treating tourists with much more respect and cordiality.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, la propreté de nos chambres ainsi que les équipements comme la piscine, le jacuzzi et les grands balcons. Vos compliments sur l'équipe sont précieux !
Nous sommes toutefois navrés que la vue mer n’ait pas totalement répondu à vos attentes. Nous indiquons lors des réservations par téléphone, que des travaux sont actuellement en cours sur le port dans le cadre du nouveau projet portuaire, ce qui peut momentanément impacter la vue depuis certaines chambres.
Au plaisir de vous recevoir à nouveau lors d’un prochain séjour à Porto-Vecchio.
