Tenement living at its worst
We booked this place but when we went there we found that it was like a tenement slum. The furniture was old and beat up, the drawers of the cupboards were delaminating and the person that let us in said- there’s the washing machine you can use if you can figure it out. The bathroom was terrible as well and the price of the place was ridiculous. We messaged the manager to say we did not want to stay or to give us an alternative. He said there were no refunds so you are out of luck. Fortunately we had booked through a responsible. Company who happily refunded all but $200. The response of the manager when he got the news was to tell us “we better be out of there immediately or I’ll call the police.

Horrible: A catastrophic experience from start to finish.

I had reserved and paid for an apartment located on the Champs-Élysées. Upon my arrival at the airport, I was confirmed that the access codes would be sent to me. Once I arrived on site after the journey, I finally received an email informing me that the apartments are "under renovation" and that I need to be relocated elsewhere.
The proposed relocation was very far from the reserved location and absolutely not equivalent to what had been sold. I accepted only because I was promised compensation.
The replacement accommodation was in disappointing condition and did not meet my expectations or the price paid at all. I ultimately left the premises after the second night because the experience was so bad.
For almost a month now, I have simply been asking:
- for the refund of my last night,
- as well as the promised compensation for the imposed relocation.
I have sent all the requested documents, including my bank details, several times. With each follow-up, I receive the same automated responses:
"forwarded to the manager," "file in accounting," "we will get back to you."
But no refund has arrived.
Very poor customer management, complete lack of follow-up, and unfulfilled promises. I strongly advise against this company and deeply regret this booking.

My Nightmare Stay
On my arrival i was shocked how dirty the Linen its look like never change from the previous people who stayed. I called the hotline but unfortunate they cannot do anything to change the bedsheet and pillow case instead she told me to sleep that night with dirty linen. To make the story short i stay 2 nights without proper sleep as the linen even they change on the next day still dirty and i keep scratching my skin through out the night, its a very very but experience will never comeback with this hotel again

DO NOT STAY
This was by far the worst place I've stayed in Paris. I should have known better when
we were not provided information on how to get into the building. When I called the number on the original email, they informed me that they send an email to Expedia (which I did not book through) and had to have them send me a new email with information to get into the hotel. When we got to the room, we turned the shower on and there was no hot water. We had the water running for at least 20 minutes and there was still no hot water. In addition to the lack of hot water, the water in the shower started leaked all over the bathroom floor soaking the towels. We contacted the hotel and got no response until the next day.
In addition to the lack of hot water and leaking shower, the room was disgusting. The bed has multiple different kinds of hairs all over it and a large stain on one of the sides. There was something sticky on the floor, the bathroom accessories were dirty, the toilet seat didn’t match the toilet, and there was hair in the shower and on the washcloth in the bathroom.
When the hotel finally responded to our complaints the next day, they switched to an automated response and did not address any of our concerns. Because of the condition of the room, we had to book another hotel in the area last minute. overall the worst place I've stayed in Paris with the worst customer service. Do NOT book this place.

DIRTY room, BAD customer experience! WORST experience
Worst experience! Would not recommend it to anyone. For what is supposed to be a high-end property, the service was absolutely unacceptable. Despite confirming cleaning services multiple times, no one came to clean the room for our entire stay. The sheets were never changed, trash bins left full, and the room smelled terrible.
Towels and toilet paper were carelessly left in the kitchen, and the lack of basic hygiene made the stay unbearable. Customer service offered impractical solutions and showed no regard for guest comfort. This was a dirty, stressful, and completely disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
