Can do better
Building and apartment need renovation.
Hardwood floors, dirty carpets, disparate furniture.
Inefficient heating system.
Trash cans in the lobby of the building.
Elevator broken down; apartment on the 6th floor; not obvious with groceries and elderly.
Reactive on the phone but I would not recommend. Too much exchange to make sure the kitchen equipment is at the top. Christmas dinner > no corkscrews?? how is it possible? 10 people > 1 pan.
In short, accommodation/equipment not well thought out.
Others certainly do better.

OUTRAGEOUS
My worst rental experience, RBNB, February 7, 2024: the apartment that was supposed to be available from 4pm: I could not set foot there until 6pm.
With their lock system connect which was faulty: the battery was not checked: it was out!!!! the worst part of it all was that I had a professional appointment at 5:30 pm that I could not honor! Imagine my despair, after four hours on the train to come to Paris.
After fighting for several hours with deplorable customer service (no one speaks French) they finally sent me a technician after an hour who came to open the door with a key.
A customer service that promises you compensation in the amount of the damage suffered, to which I asked for a total refund so that I can go elsewhere during the incident to be able to honor my appointment: the return was: 20€!! Regarding the apartment: despite the photos of an apartment, very bright, it is in fact an apartment in between ground floor with an entrance in front of the apparent garbage of the building: I suppose it is an old technical room that was converted into an apartment.
It is very poorly insulated and your windows face the street: so you hear everything: from passers-by who walks to the car that passes in the street.
The wi-fi is faulty, the telé HS and a strong smell of closed ...
On Sunday, January 9th at 3:46 am I had to go out of the apartment to see people talking outside the window in which he was kicking involuntarily without knowing that there was a house behind.
I recommend the person this rental which has been a real hell for me from the beginning.
SWEETIN has no consideration for the customer, and only profit matters to them, at no time did I have any considerations for this incident.
