Breakfast was somehow basic.
No toiletry kits on arrival like toothbrush etc. No lotion . No coffee machine , only kettle

Just go to another hotel

Value - Too expensive for what is offered. It is not a 4 stars at all (most likely 2 stars). No fridge in the room.
Room - not clean enough / strange smell
Service - It was OK during the check in. At night my key was not working and the person in the reception was rude. Missing towels.
Noise Level - the sound from the rooms can be listened outside (dog barking, kids playing). For me it is not a problem, but it might be for less tolerant people.

A good hotel for a family with older children in my opinion

Booked through jet2 and was our first visit to Paris. Was a bit worried as reviews were not all positive but we were really pleased.
We had 2 teenagers with us and although the hotel isn’t in the best location (our room was overlooking a dual carriageway!) there was not really any noise from outside.
We got the bus most days to wherever we were going which was only a 5-10 mins walk from the bus stop.
Breakfast at the hotel was okay and we filled out the blankets breakfast in your room card a couple of times which we were happy with.
We ate an evening meal on our first night which again was good and not overpriced.
Overall, a good clean hotel which isn’t badly located if you’re there to look around Paris but I would say it’s more suitable for older children due to the location.
We would definitely visit again

Good reasonably priced hotel, but needs some customer service

Hotel is clean and located about 30min from the Arc de triomphe. Whilst reasonable there are some issues I have. No cups to make tea or coffee, despite asking I am still awaiting them to arrive in my room on check out. Check out is 12pm yet at 9am I was disturbed by house keeping seeing what time we were leaving. This isn’t great

Convinient for group travellers but very far from any tourist sights.
