Absolutely successful stay! We were delighted by the quality of the hotel, including the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. Everything is perfectly maintained, which immediately puts confidence.
The location is a real asset, ideal to move easily and enjoy the family stay.

Breakfast was very poor. Very little options for vegetarian customers.
Seating space was also restricted due to the small dining room.

We do not recommend it!! Photos have nothing to do with what they offer

Because they opened our suitcase once we arrived we left the suitcases for safety and opened it, they did not have clean room, papers with compresses in the 3 trash cans that had the room, breakfasts do not comply with what appears in the photo, scarce without fresh fruit, frozen crepes, and always the same thing, juices of bottle, and when you order something else they say no!
You order a taxi and a taxi does not arrive, a transport arrives that we do not know or what it is, they tell you how many people and charge you according to the number of people, and you ask if this is the whole taxi service and they say yes! Already in the destination you are overcharged!! A scam order transportation and stay on site!!

Very bad customer service

I tried to go to the hotel had personal proven reasons to cancel my travelling, and despite that they ignored my request to get a refund or voucher change, just didn't even relate to it at all.

The room was really clean which was great! Staff interactions we had were good!
Breakfast is poor quality and not worth the price - would recommend eating locally!
The TV’s don’t have a chrome cast or streaming services so at night the choices are pretty limited!
Rooms are comfy, showers are great and the location is good!
