A lovely spot in Menaggio center on lake.

Everything was perfect. The lobby restaurant breakfast and dinner were very nice. Manuel, who works the front desk and the restaurant, is charming and Gracious and helped us enormously. He is very talented and should really run a hotel. Our room, while smallish, had a balcony and view of the lake. One must go outside and out back for this room, but it was worth it. The cafe was right on the lake, and guests were courteous. Have fun!

Cozy convenient and a good value for the cost!

This was a lovely hotel with clean room and air conditioning which was much needed as we were there during the heat wave.
The little coffee shop downstairs was convenient and delicious. lots of choices for coffee and the croissants avocado toast and fresh yogurt were all delicious.
Perhaps the best part was the staff- hard working, friendly and helpful. It felt like you were staying with family.
It was quiet enough for us and the location was great. I was able to walk everywhere.
Price is great and we hope to be back in the fall.

The beds were terrible and need an upgrade and visibly dirty on the sides. They used some sheets with a layer of plastic beneath to protect the bed, but it did not give a feeling of comfort. The hotel is basic and the breakfast also very basic. Overall the hotel needs some renovation. The location near the subway was very good.

The AC wasn’t functional until May so run got a bit stuffy at night. I was given a fan so that helped. The location was excellent! I couldn’t have asked for better! The room would have been even better if there was a coffee maker or kettle.
