Spacious and Affordable
Pros: Spacious room, good value for money, staff service was good and everyone was polite, the staff working during breakfast was also very charismatic and friendly.
Cons: Bathroom lighting was terrible, the light was extremely weak and made it very difficult to properly see details on my face, breakfast was very disappointing with very few options and almost nothing that actually keeps you full.

Do NOT book this hotel. Bed bug issues. Awful costimer service. They do not reply to messages. Deny bed bug issues despite photo's. AVOID!!!!!

Cannot complain for a 2* hotel!
Good location, yes it does need updating but it is only a 2 star hotel! Luckily we took our own fan as read there was no air con. Peaceful nights sleep, only problem was the toilet was that close to the wall you had to sit on a bit of a side! Small room but was only to rest our heads for the night! Lots of towels but we had taken our own anyway. Downfall with the breakfast, we only went the first morning and went elsewhere the rest of the stay. Staff were all lovely and changed our rooms when we realised we had accidentally booked a double bed and not twin beds!

Aircon broken and NOT working
Mold on bathroom with broken furniture.
Really bad build.
Extreme small rooms, not as shown on pictures with small bed table and option for charging.
All in all a worn down hotel, giving no room for positive stars.
Staff was polite, is the only thing mentioning

Please do not stay here!
Please do not stay here! I travelled in a party of three and we stayed for five days. On arrival at the hotel we found that our group of three with two bedrooms had been split in the building. Myself as a single occupant of one of the rooms was placed right next to the entrance and the other two parties were placed at the other side of the building.
Hotel rooms are extremely small they are not well maintained there were numerous markings on the wall. The rooms had clearly not been cleaned everything seemed to have a layer of dust, especially the skirting boards. The laminate flooring was clearly chipped and sharp in some places to stand on. The bathroom is extremely small and the shower is extremely tight. In the room I had I found that the shower would not stay in place when switched on therefore I had to hold the shower head the entire time to have a shower however I could not remove this from the wall which made it difficult. The rooms fit the bed with very small space to move round the bed only. When the cleaners did attend they did not change the sheets they just turned them over ( I found this as I got a small bit of make up on the sheet and this was not changed for the 5 days we were there. The bathroom sink plug was pressed down the entire time so it was difficult to use. This was reported to the cleaner but nothing was done.
The plug sockets in the room where all loose. Some did not work and some where place in parts of the room that made them difficult to use. The ac units in the room do not work. We visited when it was highs of 38 and they rooms where very uncomfortable.
The walls in the hotel are very thin so you can hear every noise coming from the rooms at the side of you. As my room was by the entrance, I could hear everybody checking in checking out people running around the building. The windows to the hotel room rooms could not be closed or locked secure therefore anybody could come into your room at any point. My room had a balcony outside which was accessible by thought of the hotel rooms. During my state there was a group of young men and a group of young women who chose to spend their days and night sat out on that balcony till the early hours in the morning playing loud music making a lot of noise. When I complained about this to the front desk, they said they didn’t understand English and wouldn’t assist. During our stay none of our group was able to get much sleep due to the noise in the hotel and the concerns for our safety whilst we slept.
Under my room was the kitchen so I had the noise of breakfast service setting up from 5 am. This was loud especially after hearing noise all night from other people.
The other hotel room had the same issues with the window and their window opened up to a fire exit. They also found people throughout the day going up and down the fire exit and throughout the night. The main door to your hotel room and not secure. On one occasion in the middle of the night another hotel user push their way into the room and has to add to be asked to leave.
The location of the hotel is good however the hotel is poorly maintained and unclean. The day staff where helpful with how to use the metro or which ones to get but nothing more.
I would definitely not stay here again.!!
