We did not eat breakfast. The air conditioning cooled the room, but it was not as cool as we would have preferred. It was tolerable. Hand towels would have been nice to have provided.

Awesome staff and very friendly.
Room was lovely and clean. Bathroom was clean, but shower holder had missed their inventory, so had a hand held shower in the bath. Minor issue...

My train was delayed and I booked a room near the train station. 15 minutes after the booking I was told my train was not going to run at all and I tried to reverse the booking. H*tels told me that the hotel was able to reverse the charge it but chose not to.
I do not want to stay at a place that will squeeze every penny out of me and ignore the issues of a traveler in distress. I will avoid this place in the future. Lesson learned.

The weather is very hot in Paris throughout the day and night and the air-conditioning was not working in the room even though it was stated in the property room amenities that there is air-conditioning. Ask the receptionist why the air-conditioner is not working and the staff said the temperature might drop suddenly hence the air-conditioner was turned off. I checked the weather temperature for the week and the highest is 32 degree. I did not had a good night sleep because I have to open the window in the night and the outside sound it too loud.
The location is good as it is near train station and traveling to other places is convenient.
I will highly recommend this hotel if you like to sleep in the night at 28 degrees without air-conditioning, with window open without much wind and with loud noise.

I would certainly stay here again. Great location near Gare de Lyon. Nice room with a great view on one of the upper floors.
