Simple hotel, perfectly OK for the price

Small hotel a stone's throw from Père-Lachaise and the TEP, well-kept and completely renovated hotel
a very quiet, very clean courtyard room with the bare essentials, television, shower, WC. View of the courtyard is far from terrible but we come here to rest and sleep.
Breakfast is too expensive €11/person: a piece of bread, a pastries, an industrial fruit juice, a piece of butter and three jams for two.
Parking can be reserved at the same time as the room at an additional cost.
A good restaurant (which is rare in the neighborhood) with French cuisine right next to “l’Entracte Bistrot”
As a former resident of the neighborhood, I always liked this anecdotal vision of Paris from the 12th, 15th and 18th centuries and the buildings of the 20th century.
for the curious take rue des Pyrénées then rue Stendhal to arrive at the top of the cemetery of Saint-Germain de Charonne (the only church in Paris with the church of Saint-Pierre de Montmartre to still be bordered by its old cemetery) there you you find yourself in front of a country church with a roof of flat red tiles, in the background the buildings of modern buildings/towers.

Not great for the asking price.

Pros: very well located hotel close to transport and shops in Place Gambetta. Very friendly Welcoming and flexibility on arrival time. Negative: Surplus price for this small hotel where EVERYTHING is small, even the elevator designed for one and a half people. Room tristounette, fridge bar not very clean. Very decent bathroom but missing a bath towel (which they of course provided us). Breakfast is a joke, a piece of baguette, small jars of jam, croissant, coffee and orange juice and THAT'S IT. It is served by the attendant, not buffet. Small tip: if you need parking, take the ZENPARK Père-Lachaise, 8 minutes from the hotel on foot, count 24 eur for 24 hours, super convenient and efficient.

Very average, but it's troubleshooting.

Old-fashioned Pension very well located, with elevator. (but beware of the
rooms facing rue le WE). Affordable 24/7 welcome and efficient.
Small room OK and clean, nice bathroom, but soap and gel in low cost bag.
Bedding's not great, but clean.
Breakfast served late on Sunday, not very expensive but not great:
no egg, industrial orange juice, 1 croissant, bread, coffee are average;
only fruit jelly type ‘small plastic canteen tray’.
(we should have had brunch somewhere else!)

Family hotel, good base for discovering Paris other than through its tourist attractions.

We spent 2 nights in a nice studio where we were able to cook (Carrefour City nearby). The studio was located in a very quiet street, a stone's throw from the hotel. We were able to take advantage of the hotel's parking lot. hotel, paying but very practical, (luckily, there are only 3 places). That said, we could have found places nearby, there were often free places. Nothing to complain about the cleanliness and the bedding. Super nice neighborhood, Père Lachaise is 300m away. There are no major tourist attractions nearby apart from Père Lachaise, but Parisian atmosphere guaranteed; lively, cosmopolitan, nice little bistros where you can easily start a conversation. Great welcome. A little expensive, but it's Paris

Paris old style

We had a pleasant four days in this simple hotel while visiting friends in the Gambetta district. Friendly staff, English speaking. Lots of cafés, bars, bistros and restaurants within walking distance.
