Great hotel in upmarket location
Just returned to the UK from a fabulous week in Paris, where the weather was stunning and the city totally charming. A perfect time of year to visit, when it’s pleasantly empty during “Les grandes vacances”.
Our room was spacious, elegant and peaceful, where we slept really well as the hotel is in such a quiet road.
This hotel is in a really great upmarket location, with Les Invalides just around the corner, the Eiffel Tower just 15 minutes walk away and most other major sights such as the Louvre, Place de la Concorde and Champs Elysees all within just 20/ 30 mins walk away. Lots of superb cafes also very nearby for breakfast.
Yanis - one of the hotel managers- was super friendly and helpful, booking us a fabulous and memorable Seine dinner cruise for our last night in Paris.
Definitely recommended.

Fantastic Stay
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel du Palais Bourbon. The room was perfect for our family of four—two adults and our 10- and 16-year-old children. It was clean, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a great stay. The location was excellent, and the staff was fantastic. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.
A special thank you to Zahra, who was outstanding. We had an issue with the safe, and she came up to our room and was incredibly helpful in getting everything resolved. Yanis was also wonderful—when we had a concert to attend, he helped coordinate transportation to and from the venue, which made the evening so much easier.
Overall, we had a great experience and truly appreciated the exceptional service from the entire team. We would definitely stay here again!

Emma and Yanis — Two of the most helpful hotel professionals I have met
I have stayed at Hôtel du Palais Bourbon several times now. I’ve been going since 2019, before their renovation. The hotel is very well situated. It’s quite easy to get to the metro. The interior design is beautiful, and it’s very quiet.
Two members of their staff in particular stand out. Emma, who is wonderful to work with from start to finish, and Yanis.
Emma made the booking process seamless. She helped me find resources for all of my needs on my business trip, including finding where to press clothes before a flight. Emma was positive, helpful, communicative, friendly, and highly professional. She went above and beyond to help me with my luggage and to ensure that I booked a quiet room.
Yanis is also highly professional. He was prompt, communicative, generous, and solution-oriented. He helped me arrange a taxi more than once, which was a lifesaver when the TGV train was late and it would have been quite difficult to book a taxi on my own otherwise. As someone who has blood sugar issues, he also arranged takeout with a restaurant before it closed as my train coming into Paris was very delayed. In addition, he helped manage my bag storage over my long stay.
Emma and Yanis are two of the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing during my business travel. I was always happy to see them. I would highly recommend Hôtel du Palais Bourbon.

AVOID THIS HOTEL!
AVOID!!I booked this hotel 6 weeks ago & in short they double booked the family room I had reserved. I had to pay the full amount at the time of booking & have asked (numerous times- phone calls/emails etc) for a refund. I am just repeatedly told to have patience that it will be processed. I have spoken to the manager- Bilal, still nothing. It’s day light robbery! It really has caused a huge amount of stress.

Never seen before
We came for a weekend in Paris hoping to enjoy the city, but this getaway was ruined from the moment we arrived at the hotel. First of all, we were able to access our room only an hour after the scheduled check-in time, and then we were disturbed several times by an alarm ringing throughout the building. Moreover, the Wi-Fi was defective, preventing us from using our phones and other devices in our rooms. To top it off, upon arriving in our room on the first day, we found dirty laundry belonging to the guests who stayed before us. The room had not been cleaned; after a long day of walking around the city, the bare minimum would be to access a clean and ventilated room. Not to mention the elevator that does not reach all the rooms. Honestly, NEVER SEEN before for a 4-star hotel, it is a shame; I strongly advise against it if you wish to have a pleasant time.
