The place is great and the staff is very friendly. They do speak Spanish, English and French. Whatever, is you planning to come during the summer, there is no AC in the unit.

Horrible.

We booked a family room arrived on site 1h30 waiting in the hotel lobby to have a person at the reception.
We go back to the room that was supposed to be seen over the city and spacious.
We were on the ground floor in a small room smelling of pipe and tobacco the unbearable humidity a lot of spider and dirt. Really shameful to have a hotel like this in Paris. So we went out in the middle of the night with our 3 children. And no refund has been made to us because no one answers by phone or email.

Mold in the shower, backed up toilets. It was hot in Paris, while the hotel had no air conditioning, fans were provided, the problem was the fans were so caked with dust hardly any air was coming through. The hair dryer was broken, vending machines also.

We booked this hotel for a family holiday with our children and booked two rooms. Unfortunately, we were given rooms on different floors, which was not safe or suitable for our children.
I spoke to reception and explained our situation, but unfortunately they were not willing to help or find a suitable solution. This was very disappointing, especially when travelling with children and expecting the hotel to understand our family’s needs.
The hotel itself is nice, but the lack of help and customer service from reception really affected our experience. I hope the hotel will take better care of families and their needs in the future.

Hotel was clean, room were simple but spacious. We were able to get a suite with a separate room for our kids and a very reasonable price. Rooms were not air conditioned, which was a but uncomfortable at night, but totally doable with the windows open and fans going.
