WARNING: THIEVES AMONG THE STAFF AND INDIFFERENCE FROM MANAGEMENT! FLEE THIS HOTEL!

If I could give zero stars, I would. During my 2-night stay, my personal belongings were STOLEN directly from my room by the housekeeping staff.
The worst part of all this? The staff entered my room to do the "cleaning" WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I had never hung the sign requesting this service. This is a flagrant violation of guests' privacy, solely to have the opportunity to steal. My shoes and my AirPods were stolen on June 5.
When I reported the theft, the manager showed total indifference and an absolute lack of responsibility. They simply brushed the matter aside, protecting their dishonest staff rather than their guests. This hotel is completely dangerous, unprofessional, and complicit in theft. You risk your money and your safety by booking here. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, say to walk and Uber from. Close to North Train Station.

This was our second stay here, chosen for a return visit mainly because of the excellent location close to Gare du Nord. Also because it’s a lovely hotel, the staff are super friendly and helpful, great view of Sacré-Cœur, and the breakfast is fantastic. Our only issue was tiny bathroom; anyone larger/taller than average might struggle to manoeuvre themselves in! But to be fair we didn’t let reception know our thoughts on this until we were checking out and if we’d mentioned it at the start of our stay the lovely team would have moved us if they could have.
Really recommend for location, staff and breakfast :-)

The room would have been fine if I had paid half of what I did. The walls were scuffed and peeling off. There is literally no where to set down anything on the room. No shelving, no closet. Seemed clean but I got bit by something both nights of my stay.
