Good things first, the staff was nice and helpful. They can provide towels and other the bedsheets were clean, as well as the rest of the room mostly was. Only bad parts is that it is located in a sketchy area with a lot of thugs around and they even lock the entrance for this reason. The safe in the room was not put together and I could not store my things there, there were bloodstains in the shower and the sink had a broken faucet.
But for the price, it's a nice hotel and I would still recommend it

Room with no electricity

Me and my boyfriend went there for a few days and the night we were meant to leave we had alarms for 6am and the electricity in our room stopped working which means our phones were off and we had no alarm to catch the plane. Missed our flight because of them, missed days of work, explained the situation they even came to the room to check everything and still didn't offer us a discount or free accommodation for the 2 next days until our next flight. It was the bare minimum they could have done after the money we lost. Horrible experience don't recommend.

THE WORST HOTEL IN MY LIFE SO FAR; FINGER AWAY!

This hotel is an absolute scam, after being called that my credit card is invalid, my booking was cancelled by the hotel in the most rude way. I was told I can go there on arrival (10am) and see if my room is still available. Of course, I did not go to such an unprofessional rude hotel and would never pay just one euro for such a thing. The money 500 euros was of course still debited. The hotel does not come forward and booking can of course not achen These people ARE SCMAMMER, DO NOT BOOK HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. FINGER WAY !!!!!
