We regularly use this venue for stays in Paris and are never disappointed. Great value for money, close enough to walk to many tourist attractions, staff always very friendly and accommodating, very good breakfast and comfortable

Moderate hotel with little service and accommodation plumbing
At check-in the room was not ready. (We were 30 min before the official check-in time there). The suitcases we could not leave behind, even though it was so mentioned on the website. Then just wait a bit... From the check-in time we had to wait another 1.5 hours. We couldn't leave either, because our suitcases couldn't be stored. No excuses or nothing, we only got the comment: ‘no problem’. The man at the desk was very chaotic. When we could finally check in, this check-in also took 15 minutes by the chaotic man who did everything in between (picking up the phone walking to another room, restarting the printer, etcetera). Finally we could go to our room. It was a bit disappointing, too. The bathroom was in very bad shape with mold rims, shower head not functioning properly, broken levers, and leaking shower walls. The breakfast was OK, but not high quality either. While we were still having breakfast, we cleaned up well before the end of breakfast time and food was already removed. That's just strange. we come to Paris at least four times a year, so we've worn out a lot of hotels. This hotel is in the top three worst hotels we have visited. Unfortunately, we cannot rate this hotel with a pass and we will certainly not be back here.

Il est clair que le service à l’accueil n’a pas répondu aux standards que nous souhaitons offrir : l’attente prolongée pour la remise de votre chambre, l’impossibilité de déposer vos bagages et le comportement chaotique de notre personnel à ce moment-là ne reflètent pas notre engagement envers nos clients.
Nous prenons vos remarques très au sérieux et allons revoir nos procédures pour éviter que cela se reproduise.
Concernant votre chambre, nous regrettons profondément l’état de la salle de bain et les dysfonctionnements signalés.
L’hygiène et le confort sont essentiels, et vos observations vont nous permettre d’intervenir rapidement pour améliorer nos installations.
Pour le petit-déjeuner, nous notons votre remarque sur le rangement prématuré et veillerons à ce que le service soit plus attentif aux horaires et à l’expérience des clients.

Worst hotel i've had the displeasure to stay in.
We only stayed only one of three nights as the room was extremely small, more than usual, and our rooom was full of mould on the walls and around the windows and had dirty carpets. The bathroom had cracked toilet bowl and cistern and the tiles had mould in the grouting. We had health concerns because of the amount of mould so we left after finding a far better hotel. Could not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great little hotel. You get what you pay for (small rooms).
One thing that bothered me slightly was that the cleaning staff trolleys were blocking the stairs (fire escape route) which could prove lethal during a fire.
On the other hand all the staff were lovely, helpful and welcoming.

nice hotel
We liked the hotel, can imagine staying there again. Great location, clean room, very comfortable beds, pretty big minibar, coffee in the room. Very helpful staff. Pretty quiet at night despite street facing location
The negative is that there is too little storage in the room and bathroom. Walls are a little too thin so you can hear loud neighbors
