Great stay in the new rooms :-)
The reception was extraordinarily friendly, including delicious soft drinks.
The rooms were very clean, great designed. We wouldn't have needed more space. Maybe it's too small for some - but you're traveling a lot in Paris anyway...
Umbrellas are available for walking into the city.
The location is actually pretty good. The metro is just two houses down. I think the bus stops outside.
Bistros, cafe's etc are nearby - even for an external breakfast if you want.
The soundscape to the road is OK - depends on how often people honk their horns.
And sometimes you get the feeling the horn is a turn signal replacement:-) .
The noises in the house, on the other hand, are a little louder, for example when a chair or similar is moved or a suitcase falls over somewhere.
All in all: We would definitely come back!
