My room was very clean and comfortable, and the painted mural made it seem really homely. It was well air-conditioned, which was really important given the heat wave conditions when I was there. As I was staying alone, the room size was very comfortable, however, if two people were staying, it might be a little cramped. I understand that’s normal in Paris.
Staff were very kind and always available to help with any requirements.
The hotel was very conveniently located about a 2 minute walk from St. Georges Metro Station.

Disappointing stay

I was disappointed by the services of this hotel which does not offer a refrigerator in the Deluxe room, nor a coffee maker or kettle for a 4-star, this is very unusual…

- amazing friendly staff that really helped us as we needed. Made fantastic cappuccinos for us in the morning but that's also because there are no coffee machines in the rooms
- I was very disappointed their king bed was just two double beds. I had massive back pain at the end of the quality of the bed itself. They marketed as king and I paid a premium for it, now I know...
- AC didn't really work at all, bathroom got cold but the room did not. Very disappointing as it was advertised as AC
- really REALLY not soundproof....
- fridge doesn't cool
Overall: nice area, friendly staff, all amenities are improperly advertised, for the steep price I'd recommend avoiding this.

Chic, artsy, and Parisian in a wonderful, central neighborhood

This is a delightful small hotel in a fantastic neighborhood with good restaurants and a theater. While located on a quiet street, the Metro and bus stops are literally a five-minute walk away. One can walk to the Opera, or in the opposite direction, to the steps or to the funicular to Montmartre/Sacre Coeur, in twenty minutes - and that's with a six-year-old in tow! Hotel staff members are very courteous, professional, and helpful. Very clean and bright. Our room was spacious and on a high floor. The modern bathroom with a bathtub was a plus. We truly enjoyed our five nights at the Arvor. Highly recommended.
