Awesome!
We had a wonderful stay at Hôtel Artus and would happily return on our next trip to Paris. The hotel is in an absolutely fantastic location in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, surrounded by charming cafés, restaurants, shops, and beautiful Parisian streets. It is also within walking distance of many of Paris’s major attractions.
The hotel itself has a stylish, intimate boutique feel, with colorful and sophisticated décor that gives it a lot of personality. Our room was nicely appointed, and very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful and well maintained. The breakfast was awesome which made a great start to each day.
What really stood out, however, was the staff. Everyone we encountered was warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful.
Overall, Hôtel Artus was the perfect Parisian home base—charming, comfortable, stylish, and exceptionally well located. The combination of the neighborhood, beautiful hotel, and outstanding staff made our stay memorable. We would definitely stay at Hôtel Artus again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paris.

we were disappointed to find the hotel under construction. the lobby was very small and with it being under construction it appeared messy and unorganized. The room was very small but was clean. due to the construction we were dragging up dust into our room and the carpet was brown so it showed. there was no formal lobby or bar so although they mention a meet for drinks there was no place for that to happen. additionally since the room size was so small there was no place to relax in the room unless you laid in your bed. when they cleaned our room they forget to leave towels and when we tried to call nobody answered so my daughter had to go down to the lobby and request them. the location was good and close to a lot of good restaurants and stores but the hotel was very unimpressive. The staff were fine.

A new favourite address in Saint-Germain.
Having stayed in many hotels in Paris over the years, Artus Hôtel was a wonderful surprise.
The location on Rue de Buci is hard to beat - in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, yet the hotel feels intimate, calm and discreet. I loved its distinctive design, the excellent breakfast and the added pleasure of having access to the spa at the sister Hôtel Buci nearby.
What made the stay truly special was the team. From the Chef Concierge to everyone we met, we were looked after with that distinctly Parisian sense of hospitality - warm and personal, effortlessly elegant, yet discreet and never intrusive. You feel genuinely welcome without the service ever feeling excessive.
Artus has that special quality of feeling less like a hotel and more like a little Parisian address you are happy to call your own for a few days.
A beautiful discovery - and definitely a place I will return to.

Great location, amazing service!
We had a wonderful stay as a family with two kids. The suite was extremely spacious, especially by Paris standards, and everything felt new, modern, and very well equipped.
What really stood out was the personal attention to all the small details. During our stay, there was some renovation work at the hotel, and as a thoughtful gesture, we were offered a complimentary breakfast every morning. The breakfast was excellent — very fresh and high quality.
The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Saint-Germain, which we found to be a perfect area to stay in Paris, especially when traveling as a family.
A special thank you to Sanjay, the chef manager of the hotel, who was incredibly generous, kind, and attentive, and genuinely made sure we were having the best stay possible. The entire staff was professional, welcoming, and lovely throughout our stay.
We would happily stay here again!

Everything was perfect
We loved our stay this hotel. The greeting from the staff was very sincere, check in was super easy, and the interior room was so quiet that we did not wake up until 1:00pm one of the days. The bed was VERY comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well which was so important to us during the hot summer weather. Sanjay, our host, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The location was a huge bonus! We will definitely stay here again.
