Disappointing
This establishment is advertised as a 3-star hotel, but in our opinion, it absolutely does not have the standard for it. The rooms are dilapidated and the cleanliness clearly leaves something to be desired.
The soundproofing is almost nonexistent: we could hear the conversations from the neighboring rooms as if the people were in our room. Furthermore, every time a guest flushed the toilet, the noise resonated throughout the hotel, including in our room, which is particularly unpleasant, especially at night.
The breakfast is also very disappointing. The room is much too small, with about twenty seats at most. Once the tables are occupied, it becomes almost impossible to move around to access the buffet. As for the buffet itself, it is very limited and does not correspond at all to what is advertised.
Given the price asked and the displayed rating, we expected a much higher quality service. For us, this hotel clearly does not deserve its 3 stars. We unfortunately do not recommend it.

Very disappointing experience
Another room was offered, but when we asked whether they could guarantee that the same problem did not exist in the other room, we received no answer. We also asked to speak with the manager, but were told that the manager could not be disturbed and would only return on Monday, while we were due to leave Paris on Sunday.
As we no longer felt comfortable staying at the hotel, we decided to leave in the middle of the night and search for alternative accommodation. Unfortunately, when we left, we did not receive any apology or any indication that the staff understood how upsetting the situation had been for us.
We eventually found another hotel several hours later after spending the entire night searching for somewhere else to stay.
Following our stay, the hotel offered us a voucher but refused to provide a refund.

Particularly disappointing...
From start to finish, nothing looks like a 3 star, even for Paris ...
The welcome is ok without more and the location is good.
However, the room is cold, dark, the carpet comes off, the bathroom is pitiful.
The beds are large but, two basic single beds
But the worst is the sound, we hear the neighbor cough!!
In short for this price and these three stars is very disappointing, I do not recommend at all.
