Amazing Paris experience

The stay at Fauchon began with a seamless check in in their library with tea and macaroons and a room upgrade! The hotel staff went above and beyond for us throughout our five night stay - booking tickets for us for something that was sold out online, getting us a different shampoo when we didn’t like the one in the room, decorating the room and setting g up dessert and champagne for my husbands birthday, booking their hotel’s free car service for one of our nights out - I could go on and on. If you want top notch service, the Fauchon has it. The location was perfect and gave us the ability to walk almost everywhere. The rooms were very pretty, spacious and stocked every day with treats. I would highly recommend staying here for your next Paris trip!

A luxurious hotel in an amazing location .

A very charming hotel in a central, yet calmer location with great staff and services.
From the moment we stepped in we were given an exceptional welcome and assistance by Solene. She was really incredible.
The hotel is chic and luxurious, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We especially loved the « goodies » cupboard.
It is on a more « pricey » side but I believe overall, it is good value for money.

Wonderful experience

What an amazing experience! A heartfelt thank you to the Fauchon team for their exceptional hospitality and outstanding service.
From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness. The room was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. Everything exceeded my expectations and made my stay truly unforgettable.

Fantastic stay in Paris!!

It was our first time in Paris and we were looking for a safe, clean and centrally located hotel. Ohhh we got that and much more. We stayed 8 days/7 nights and it was absolutely wonderful. The front desk team is the face of the hotel so to speak, each and every one greeted us at different times and made sure to ask if we needed anything, always with a smile and sincere interest. A huge recognition as well to the cleaning team that serviced the rooms twice a day (if needed) and they made sure we were aware of this service and always left the rooms spotless. The room service team remembered our names and always made us feel at home. The food was absolutely incredible (we had a few breakfasts and dinners in our room, so we are familiar with both services) and finally the team at the Fauchon Restaurant where we had our daily breakfast, were attentive and friendly. The food was outstanding as well. Finally we want to express our gratitude to the entire team. It is because of your efforts and dedication that people are able to make great memories! We are looking forward to coming back soon ....until then, thank you again for making our stay unforgettable!

True art of hospitality that doesn’t exist anymore

I am tepid writing this review to let the world know how amazing this hotel is; what if i can’t get a reservation anymore?
I have never been to a hotel that truly makes you feel like you are HOME. No pretentiousness, just genuine hospitality from every staff to the managers and the GM. My mind was BLOWN. This is what hospitality gold standard should be. Warm, welcoming, genuine. If you name all the other top 5 star hotels in Paris that charges +$2500 a night; i’ve stayed there. i was never comfortable there. The room itself is SUPER clean and stylish, the complementary bar products was delicious!!! I cannot rave about how this hotel is something i’ve never experienced before even with four seasons, peninsula; st regis, ritz, mandarin oriental, etc. I will never stay in any other hotel in Paris other than Fauchon.
Thank you to all the staff and management at this hotel!!!!!!
