Having a high volume Brita water dispenser on the floor with cold water was a plus. Had a great view of Eiffel Tower. Proximity to Gare de Lyon was exceptional.

A very spacious room with a great view ( we had a 16th floor room with a Sacré Coeur view). Better than expected for a central Paris location very close to Gare de Lyon. We ate in the restaurant on arrival (all good), but only had items from the attached Starbucks for breakfast before returning to the station for our onward journey. Premium toiletries and a Nespresso machine are a nice touch in the room.

Exceptional Service from Eva at the Front Desk
We arrived at the hotel late at night and unfortunately encountered some difficulties with our reservation. From the moment we arrived, Eva at the front desk was incredibly gracious, kind, and helpful. She went above and beyond to assist us and make sure we were taken care of.
Eva went so far as to reach out to other Marriott locations to try to find accommodations for us. Her patience, compassion, and genuine willingness to help were truly remarkable. She is, without a doubt, one of the kindest and most caring people I have encountered during my travels.
Marriott is incredibly lucky to have someone like Eva representing the company. Her exceptional customer service and kindness made a difficult situation so much easier, and she is a true reflection of what outstanding hospitality should be. Thank you, Eva, for everything you did for us!

A great experience

I have traveled frequently over the past 30 years including to Paris. This hotel is an example of creating a professional and friendly environment. The room was spotless clean and spacious, the staff was very helpful and friendly and the location was perfect near train station and many restaurants.

Good stay.

I read this was a newer hotel. It is not new. It is renovated. Stay was nice. Could see signs of renovation. Would clean the grout in shower. Otherwise everything else was good for price.Metro train is next to hotel. Gym is good.
