My family and I ended up staying here after we missed our flight home and needed to find a hotel for three people at the last minute. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we appreciated being able to store our luggage after checkout while we waited for the airport shuttle.
The hotel is in a fantastic location in Montmartre, just a short walk from the Moulin Rouge, the metro, and many great restaurants. One evening I walked around at 11:00 p.m. and came across an outdoor concert on the hill. Even though it was 87°F, the neighborhood was full of people enjoying the evening. It is such an iconic part of Paris.
We stayed in the accessible room on the ground floor, which had two twin beds and a rollaway bed. The room included a kettle with tea, but no coffee. I had searched for air conditioning when booking and didn't realize this room only had a fan. During our stay that was a bit challenging because of the heatwave. The accessible bathroom has an open shower without a curtain or door, so water gets on the floor, and the angled mirror is designed for wheelchair users.
We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet on our last morning. At €14, it offered plenty of choices and everything we tried was delicious. Overall, this was a comfortable stay in a wonderful neighborhood with helpful staff, and I would recommend it, especially for anyone wanting to experience Montmartre.

Everything was just as expected. It’s not fancy, but it is clean and well-located, with a friendly staff.

Excellent hotel in a great location. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The location is almost perfect. Didn't read the fine print and we shared the bathroom/toilet with another room in the hallway - our own fault. It should be mentioned that the shared bathroom and toilet were cleaned several times a day. The staff was super helpful and accommodating - the room was good to sleep in, but the bed was a size too small for 2.

Terrible!!!!

A complete disaster! We booked a room with a private bathroom (with proof), and when we arrived, we had to wait almost 6 hours for our room. (I must say, however, that this was not the accommodation's fault, and the only positive was that the staff offered to call us if the room was ready earlier.) When we were taken to the room, surprise: a bed and a small sink. When my friend went downstairs to inform the older gentleman and clarify how it was possible that we had no bathroom, the extremely unfriendly man said that we had booked this. Despite proof on the phone clearly stating that the room included a private bathroom, we were told to share a communal bathroom with another room. We looked at this communal bathroom, and then came the next shock. An extremely dirty, smelly bathroom with urine stains on the floor. The accommodation justified this by saying, 'The cleaning staff should have cleaned this better.' When my friend went down a second time to speak to the aforementioned gentleman, he became extremely unfriendly again, yelled at him, constantly spoke something in French (even though it was known that we only spoke English), and did not want to offer us anything else. After several inquiries, we finally received another room with a private bathroom, but we had to pay an additional 280€ (the original price was already almost 500€). Find something else!!!

We are sincerely surprised by your review, as it does not reflect the reality of your reservation or your stay.
First of all, you arrived in the morning, well before our official check-in time of 3:00 PM. Despite this, in order to help you, we informed you that your room was exceptionally already ready. However, we also clearly explained that the shared bathroom had not yet been cleaned because it was still before check-in time. We therefore offered you the possibility to leave your luggage in the room while waiting.
In addition, you had booked a room with a shared bathroom. We invite you to carefully check your reservation confirmation, where this is clearly stated. Our hotel also offers rooms with private bathrooms, but these are different categories and naturally more expensive.
Upon arrival, you decided that you preferred to upgrade to a room with a private bathroom. We accepted your request and changed your room category, which is why an additional charge applied.
Regarding our staff, we are truly sorry that you felt this way. However, we find your review unfair and dishonest considering the actual facts and the efforts made by our team to assist you despite your very early arrival.
We simply invite you to review your reservation and the room category you originally booked.
