Short stay

Great little hotel and very good value. We had no problems with anything. Very convenient location beside two metro lines. Lots of bars and restaurants located close by.

The location was good. It was close to Pasteur Metro. The hotel was OK. The rooms were very small and all TV was French only. They had an elevator but it was extremely small and slow. We tried to take the stairs but there were too many for the fifth floor. The maid staff was very slow. Our room wasn’t completed until mid afternoon. We looked at the breakfast but for the price, you could get much better at a lower price nearby.

Clean serviceable hotel

I stayed at the Avia for My last night in Paris.
The hotel felt safe and secure, with reception that was staffed 24 hours a day. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was slightly larger than you find in other European hotels.
While the Avia is in a good location relative to the montparnasse train station, only a 10-minute walk, it's not in the heart of the arrondissement. There's only a couple of restaurants close by, and you have to walk much further to get to good bakeries and a more bustling part of the city.

Well-located hotel. Quiet, clean. Welcoming and discreet staff. Good breakfast. Very good value for money. I highly recommend
