A great 10 day trip
Great caravan, very spacious and very clean. No oven, just hobs, microwave and bbq.
The campsite itself it’s smaller than others I’ve stayed in but I think that’s nice. Pools are very clean, open at 10 and close at 7. No food or drinks allowed at poolside and no shoes to be worn. This campsite allows swim shorts. Pools are very clean.
Bar and restaurant have great food and drink, all fresh. Not a lot of choice. Ben who works in the bar is great, he works so hard and nothing is too much.
There is 2 grocery stores across the road which is very handy. And the beach is a ten minute drive away.
All in all we had a great 10 days there,

Needs attention
Uneven pitches, ask to move as not happy with pitch that had been allocated on back row facing trees, advised not possible as you can’t just move pitches cause you don’t like it, after much debate then was allowed to move pitches. Water fill stations grids blocked, so filling your water butt up in a pool of stagnant water, (Thank god I had a hose pipe with me) Unisex showers and toilet blocks, no toilet seats. Shower & toilet block, need a good deep clean. The showers are push button so constantly pushing the button for water, as only get around 5 seconds continuous water, the showers are extremely hot and dangerous, reported everyday along with the other 7 people in are family group, assured maintenance men would look at it, 4 days later still the same.
Pool area clean, however the water you have to walk through to get into pool area, water dirty so can’t see the point in that, no lifeguard present, so any child that comings into difficulty would have to rely on Joe blogs, a lot of children unsupervised in pool area, and children running around, accident waiting to happen, lifeguard needs implementing. Food & drinks prices are extremely expensive, along with rude staff. I can honestly say, that after owning a caravan for many many years, and travel to a lot of various places & sites, this is the worst I’ve ever experienced.

Disappointing stay
4* campsite, but I wonder why so many?
Dirty restrooms, dirty shower, plus freezing cold or scalding hot water! The overall maintenance clearly leaves something to be desired. The pool area is small and everyone does whatever they want there. The photos are misleading. We will not be coming back. We went to a "real" 4-star hotel two weeks before and it is absolutely not comparable.
(Note the campers who respect nothing and cross through the plots day and night screaming; it's impossible to sleep before 2 a.m.)

Quiet and pleasant campsite.

Mixed feelings
Really good site second time here and found second dispointing not because of the site that was great the restaurant great swimming for kids great ,, my conplait is the selfish people who take sunbeds up with towels and not use them for hours , when people would like the opportunity to use them shouldn't be allowed i saw life guard looking but nothing done,,, maybe if they are not there they shouldn't be allowed to do the above , also letting rowdy people on a family site is disgusting rowdy drunk swearing obnoxious
