Good hotel

One night spent in this hotel, comfortable room, with a large bed, spacious bathroom and no noise. The only small problem is that the rooms on the third floor are not served by the elevator which stops on the second. A few steps and we are on the third floor. Reception with a smile.

Expensive

I don't recommend it and I don't know why it has such good reviews. I made the reservation for Booking, when I arrived at the hotel they told me that I had no reservation, when showing confirmation they gave me the key to the room. I had to go downstairs to order a shower towel (there was only one). To wash your hands, you have to get in the shower to get the soap. If you remove the headboard cushion, you fill your hair with black balls. The sheets were broken.

Nous sommes surpris par votre retour qui ne correspond pas à l'expérience que nous proposons à nos clients.
Toutes nos chambres dispose de produits d'accueil, crème et savon notamment, ainsi que le nombre de serviettes correspondant aux nombres de personnes présentes dans la chambre.
Pour les draps, ils sont tous vérifiés quotidiennement, cela nous semble donc improbable que vous ayez eu des draps déchirés.

GOOD

The hotel's location may seem confusing, as it is in a commercial area. However, the hotel has the advantage of being very close to the center of Rodez, and of having a car park closed at night.
The rooms are spacious, bright and very clean, the downside is the pillows are a little empty of their filling and therefore almost non-existent, and as far as we are concerned a mattress is at the end of its run and hard.
The clean and functional bathroom with a pleasant shower, plus it has very effective lighting around the wall, and an effective and practical magnifying glass.
For breakfast it all depends on who set it up. In fact the first day it was just the bare minimum or a little less. The second day the breakfast was as we had described, pleasant and much tastier, and with the orange juice machine. We mentioned this at reception when we left, and unexpectedly and very elegantly, breakfast for the first day was offered to us.
